Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Anurag Upadhyay from the MSG91 team, and I cannot speak highly enough of the support I received. Mr. Upadhyay helped me connect my WhatsApp API, and his dedication was truly extraordinary. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue, taking additional time and putting in extra effort to get to the root cause. His determination impressed me the most; he didn’t rest until the issue was resolved.

Very Disappointed

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing I like that is low pricing of their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
They not have user friendly dashboard.
For WhatsApp Business API; sending a template or any other message through msg91 is very complicated thing. Beacuse they do not have dashboard like any other platforms like aisency, interakt to send directly from portal. In msg91 we have to send messages one to one by using postman api. Bulk broadcasting and Campaign should have to improve. Their OTP verification service is best but disappointed with WhatsApp business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For any other services like user verification through OTP and other is best problem solving features in low cost. But their WBA service should be improved. Beacuse not having any Direct message sending dashboard for WhatsApp is very complex for us. Beacuse we have to send directly through postman api . No bulk broadcasting available.

What do you like best about the product?
BEST? It sucks at the best! When it works, it bounces your emails and the team as usual how an Indian support works - has no clue about their own software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clueless support, illogical UI, non-"navigatable" portal design, wrong messages on UI. The failure logs can appear cluelessly anywhere which even their team has no clue about. You cant automate anything using their service, you need to babysit their service to catch the bounced email message and clear it yourselves, else they wont deliver the next email to that domain it seems. You may not have even heard about such archaic product that brings your service down every second day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None! They cant solve anybody's problems, let them solve their own product's logic and support issues first. Resolving others' problems is a far cry!!

I am very much happy with the way you and your team supported me to get this done, and also understanding my suggestion of adding an option for the Shipping mobile Address to the phone number. Rest, I am very much happy with how patiently you heard me and understood my issues, Guided me through every step. Kudos to Arushi and MSG 91 team.

I did not find anyting to dislike, i am very much impressed with the service.

Integrating with our store, all basics to advances, creating campaigns, flow, everything you need to know.

Most Unprofessional Company I have ever dealt with

What do you like best about the product?
overall an extremely bad experience. I am yet to receive a reply from sales or support in over 2 weeks

worst communication ever, no replies in more than 2 weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to use it for OTP and SMS notifications. However, after 2 months, I am still trying to get the account set up. I have submitted all the required papers and until now I am trying to chase the Sales or Support team to give me an update but no one is replying. LThe lastreply didn't include an answer to my question and that was more than 2 weeks ago. I have emailed them daily since but no reply at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I DO NOT recommend MSG91!!! Once I created an account, I was assigned an account manager who holds a generic email address (sales@msg91.com). I have been informed that I need an approved sender ID to allow me to send SMSs for my company. I have submitted the required documents MSG91 asked for and have been told that it takes 2 weeks for approval. It has been more than 2 months since I submitted my documents but I haven't heard back from them yet. I have been emailing MSG91 every other day for the last 2 weeks but I have yet to receive a reply. I have added 100 USD credit to test the platform but unfortunately, I am unable to test without an approved sender ID nor can I get my money back.

MSG 91 reliability of service is pathetic and support is almost non-existent

What do you like best about the product?
In their early days, MSG91 was good and it felt as if they understood the pains of building a startup. Their tech support was more responsive and engaging. They offered a reasonably attractive alternative to more expensive but popular vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since our business started to grow overseas MSG91 has turned into a nightmare. It has become truly unreliable and we have been losing an awful lot of business. The last straw for us was when the OTP service stopped abruptly. When enquired, we were asked to renew our DTL approval. There was absolutely no warning, no helpful reminders or any sort of support from MSG91. It was as if this is 'all your stuff'. How could a business ignore a process that is core to their service and functioning, even if the action is on their customer? It just shows how MSG91 has become apathetic to its customers. We will take this issue to the next level as it has affected our business significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 supports our need for transactional OTP verification and SMS services. These are core to our functional flows and as such is a fundamental necessity. Our performance has in fact been affected due to lack of reliability of MSG91 services.
