I want to delete email template, but in recent update we got an option to achieve email

What do you like best about the product?
I use MSG91 for simple automation for customer engagement, and it significantly improves our customer follow-ups and engagement rates. What I like most is that the campaign setup is straightforward and message scheduling works reliably. Setting up the campaign was easy and very fast. Setting it up was straightforward and easy, making it a good option for small and mid-sized marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more advanced campaign segmentation would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 for simple automation in customer engagement, improving follow-ups and engagement rates. Campaign setup is straightforward, and message scheduling works reliably.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that MSG91 APIs are easy to understand and integrate, making our workflow more efficient. The delivery provided by MSG91 is consistent, which is crucial for our operations. Additionally, the logs available really help us debug quickly. I also appreciate that the initial setup was smooth and easy, which reduced our integration effort and improved the reliability of our OTP and system notifications.

More SDK examples would be useful for faster onboarding.

We use MSG91 for APIs documentation to make our delivery stable, OTP, and system notifications. It reduced integration effort, improved reliability, and the APIs are easy to understand and integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user and brand owner of Furever Kare, I would specifically like to mention the support of Mr Rajat Garg who has been helping me patiently and persistently to setup a bot for my brand. High regards for how in no time, he literally made sure that the needed setup is done. Besides the ease with which he explained everything is highly praiseworthy. At times a lot of structures are a little complicated and there is a lot of scope of improvisation on the same.

Automating the messages sent to my customers making the most important task; i.e. keeping the customers informed sorted for me.

I like the support provided by MSG91, especially when Mr. Aniket called me and was on call until the query was resolved, and he solved it in a nice way. I also find the initial setup of MSG91 easy. I mainly use MSG91 for WhatsApp marketing, and it helps with Template JSON mapping for bulk messages.
