What do you like best about the product?
I like using MSG91 for OTP services because of its effective OTP configuration. I appreciate the pricing of MSG91, which makes it affordable for me. I also find the support very good, as the team is knowledgeable and made the initial setup good with their help.

What do you like best about the product?
The compliance features ( such as masking and audit logs) give us confidence for HIPAA-adjacent messaging. Also, the template management is very handy.

The onboarding support was a little slow during weekend

The ''Segment to campaign" feature allow us to group student and send tailored SMS/WhatsApp with ease.

The monthly quota reset timing is sometime confusing (UTC vs local).

We send class cancellations, event reminders, exam schedules. Using MSG91, faculty no longer has to manually text each student . It's saved hour per week in admin work and improved attendance
