Bitwarden is easy to setup, use, and manage
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden keeps improving year over year, methodically adding features that make sense with the ever changing password management paradigm.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only pain point now, is convincing and educating my coworkers how and why using a password manager like Bitwarden improves their workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helps my organization manage passwords, providing access to the right person, at the right time. My coworkers don't have to stress about creating unique login credentials or forgetting what those credentials are. Administratively, I can feel confident I am sharing credentials securely and I can easily audit and update access to those credentials when necessary.
Nice tool for keeping my passwords safe
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the tool's interface, it's very friendly and simple to use. It is also a robust and effective tool when it comes to password management, especially in my case as I have many passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some synchronization problems with my cell phone (iOS).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have many saved passwords, the tool helps me a lot with managing them and keeping them safe.
A great way to secure your credentials
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the app is easy to use, it has autofill which saves time, you can add ways to unlock the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the app collects some irrelevant data for its use but important to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my password more secure, I believe that is the best way to describe.

What do you like best about the product?
Chrome extension is very helpful. Both for the regular credentials and mainly for the verification code (2FA that used to be through messy sms/email)
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit tricky to migrate passwords from other past solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management across big teams.
Great vault option
What do you like best about the product?
You can keep all of your passwords in individuals or shared vaults, making it easier not only to keep you passwords safe but to share login and password for accounts who should be accessed by more than one person
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not very easy to follow on the first time you want to set a public vault through the extension. Also if you have to enter a password in a new pop-up window it is not easy to do it with the extension, you have to copy and past from the original window, took me a while to find a strategy for that on the first time doing this.

Remembering passwords, keeping passwords safe, using strong passwords without having to remember all of them, dividing passwords with groups in a secure way

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is one of the best software I use nowadays, and using many times a day. I may be biased for using it for a long time, but the app and browser extension are well implemented and have all the features I see as necessary for a password safe that need to be easily reachable in the interface, removing some of the burden of having good digital security practices. Never had to reach for customer support for anything, but the Help Center is carefully and well developed. The Premium plan is also very cheap and many people like Bitwarden so much they purchase it to support the developers!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be overwhelming for basic users. I think it miss more icons to point things out quickly and boost the UX like in the settings section, where you have subsections and many parameters to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does a great job dealing with the usability/security tradeoff. You make a big step towards security, and the software helps you to not lose much usability, or even gain usability if you get the hang of it. With all the main features being free I think Bitwarden is one of the projects that helps Internet to be more secure.

UI interface still needs some polish. Browser extension could be snappier

Security something sometimes over looked in the business. Even if you know it is important weak password are a source for bad actors to access your businnes data. Bitwarden help you with that by allowing you store hard to remember passwords in one place and only having to remember one password.
Professional and personal use
What do you like best about the product?
Tools very easy to use, many integrations on browsers and the phone, which makes access to accounts very flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
An admin console that is a bit slow when exceeding 50k identifiers... but access to this console is very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows managing the company's credentials and avoiding shadow IT or passwords that are floating around.
