Efficient and Reliable, Pricing Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden to store passwords, and it helps me not mess up with them. I find the app very well thought out, and it just works as it should, which is rare today. This reliability allows me to focus on my work rather than getting involved with a different app while working. The initial setup was very easy, making the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing can be better for individuals

Secure Password Management with Strong User Confirmation
What do you like best about the product?
It's secure, I like that you have to confirm people, it's a bit tedious, but much less likely to be compromised. I like the categorization and ease of adding people to vaults. Inviting people is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We switched from a different password manager which made the nomenclature a bit confusing for the employees. Also many people kept forgetting their passwords, so we had to upgrade to the higher tier so I can reset them, I like that it's an option, but it should be included and I should be able to auto-enroll existing users.
Also, I should be able to send passwords to people who just need them temporarily.
Also, I should be able to send passwords to people who just need them temporarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need somewhere to store all our passwords to our various tools and be able to easily share them.
Secure and Simple Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden for storing all my passwords securely, and I feel safe having strong passwords for each service or app without the burden of remembering them. I appreciate its simplicity and effectiveness. I use it every day for storing and querying passwords, and the Samsung keyboard integration is particularly helpful as it shows up as a suggestion. The password breach check and password generation tools are also valuable features to me. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, taking only about 5 minutes to install, create an account, and grant necessary permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe one thing that could be improved is the UI, but that is personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to store all my passwords securely. It gives me strong, unique passwords for each app without the headache of remembering them all. The password breach check ensures my passwords are safe, and I love its integration with my Samsung keyboard for daily use.

Secure, Open Source, and Effortlessly Usable
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden for its clean UI and ease of use. The benefits it provides are great, and I appreciate that it's open source and free. I can check the code for security and even deploy my own instance, which is a great feature as an open source enthusiast. The initial setup was surprisingly easy and lightning fast, which is impressive for open source software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor bugs and flaws mainly in the UX, but that's not something I could not live without. It works well for my use case.

Modern secret management & flexible hosting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the MFA and passkey flow particularly, and greatly value the ability to self host in closed environments
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill can be finicky, with both form detection and content filling itself running into issues. Ideally we could assign fields by element as a supplemental tool, in a similar manner to Ublock Origin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other than secret management and the inherent time savings, bitwarden cli saves me a massive amount of time performing password audits and rotations. I heard that secret rotation is coming in the future which i am quite excited for
Efficient Credential Management with Bitwarden, Needs Import Improvements for existing credentials
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bitwarden provides a secure location for sharing credentials across our company, helping us manage things in a secure way. I appreciate being able to see changes over time, and Bitwarden allows us to manage access granularly based on what different staff need. It's great for helping us apply least privileged access principles, and it ensures that everyone is looking at the same thing when there are customer credential changes. The initial setup was very straightforward, and I found Bitwarden's documentation and training videos helpful. I also attended a customer webinar that covered different aspects of Bitwarden, which was really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Bitwarden to be a bit laggy and less responsive than I'd prefer when searching, especially with a database with thousands of credentials and extensive account information stored in custom fields. The import process is also somewhat challenging, and importing data to existing credentials results in duplicates, which is creates data integrity issues. Additionally, Bitwarden lacks the functionality for bulk permission assignment, which would be beneficial given that we use collections extensively. I would love to be able to cascade permissions through the nested collections functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to securely share credentials across our company, managing access based on staff needs and applying least privileged access principles.
Secure, Accessible, and Family-Friendly Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden as a Password Manager and for file and confidential details sharing. It solves my password generation or updating when needed, and it solves our password compromising by keeping them securely. I like the way Bitwarden is accessible and secure. I enjoy using Bitwarden because it's handy anywhere I need to log in to a certain application, with no need to find where the password is. It's also good that I'm able to share the feature of Bitwarden with my family. For the feature of Family Sharing, it enables my family to save their personal passwords securely. The initial setup was very easy since documentation is easily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more on admin side. It is very difficult to extract list of members in our organization. Also the way we share password for a certain user. Maybe they could do a new feature more on user friendly. The collection part keeps me confusing when adding user to a certain folder or collection. Also for extraction, I need to use the CLI which is quite not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves my password generation and updating needs and keeps our passwords secure, preventing staff from compromising them by saving elsewhere.
