I really like Bitwarden's security structure. It uses 256-bit AES encryption, 2FA, and robust security measures which make me feel secure about my authentication credentials. Additionally, I appreciate its simplicity of use and find it quite straightforward to set up. Bitwarden offers features like a password vault and password generator that are easy to use while being highly secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any features that need to improve. However, I am hoping that the free and subscription-based safety and security are applied across the board.

Seamless and Secure with Top-Notch Usability

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Bitwarden's usability and interface because it means we don't have to provide any end-users with training since it's very intuitive. I also appreciate its integrations, especially the SSO integration with Azure, which helps with onboarding and ensures that employees have the correct access to the right vaults and collections without any interventions from IT. Additionally, the support we receive is helpful, and they are easy to contact. The seamless setup was fantastic, as I managed to do it myself as a non-technical member of staff, and the complete vault migration from 1Password was easy. Bitwarden also offered a better price point for our budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-lock intervals on the vault could be longer but I appreciate this is just for improved security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for secure credential storage, mitigating the risk of unsecured credential sharing. Its usability and interface are intuitive, eliminating the need for training. The SSO integration with Azure streamlines onboarding, ensuring correct access without IT intervention.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Bitwarden is simple to use, highly secure, and easy to manage for teams. It works smoothly across devices, which is a big plus for our organization. I also appreciate how the initial setup was very straightforward and didn't take long to get running. The focus on security and simpler control over team access compared to our previous tool, LastPass, was a key reason for our switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some admin features could be more intuitive, and onboarding new users could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden centralizes password management, reduces risks from reused credentials, securely manages shared credentials, controls team access, and protects sensitive information.

Impeccable Integration and Simplified Use

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience because Bitwarden is well integrated with browsers, making it very easy to use the passwords saved in it. This integration means I don't need to open an external app to get my password, as with autofill, it's much easier. I don't need to remember my passwords or keep switching between apps. The initial setup was very easy and I really like the two-factor authentication, which is great for protecting our passwords. I can use an authenticator to keep this part secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some apps on the phone, the integration doesn't work well. But these are few cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to manage passwords and login data for various sites, and to store credit card information and secure notes. I love the integration with browsers, it makes it easy to use saved passwords without switching apps, with autofill, I don't need to remember passwords.

Extra Security Made Easy with Bitwarden’s Password Leak Checker

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden has proved to be very useful for myself as it has provided an extra layer of security when managing my personal security. The inbuilt password leak checker was very important when I believe to have been breached early 2024, It was simple to import all of my passwords and I had instant answers and then was prompted onto the correct path on how to resolve this issue and how to increase my personal security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill suggestions often block where I am typing which makes it very hard to read, also when in incognito mode when logging into an account temporarily it keeps trying to save the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden has supported me in my work life as it allows me to centralise all of my passwords and accounts and with the premium feature of having inbuilt verification codes I then don't have to open multiple different apps in order to log into my accounts.

Outstanding Free Features, Easy to Use

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Bitwarden I basically only have to remember one master password and I have everything I need. The free features are too good. Also, the initial setup was super easy, I just needed to sign up with email and password, and then create my keychains and master key.
What do you dislike about the product?
The laptop doesn't have a function to use Touch ID, only on the phone can I use Face ID and enter quickly. The Chrome extension could improve quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to store my passwords and generate more secure ones. I only need to remember the master password, and there I have everything, including verification codes.

Secure and Reliable Password Management, With a Few Hiccups

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bitwarden is integrated with Chrome, which makes it easy for me to update credentials, create new ones, and generate strong passwords. It allows me to have a unique and strong password for every login, keeping my accounts safe. As a family, we started using Bitwarden to create unique and strong passwords for everyone, and I can easily share passwords with my family.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it won't find the correct website credential and I end up creating doubles, because the link of the app and website are different. Other times I need to use one account for many sites and it's elaborate to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden allows me to have unique and strong passwords for every login, keeping my accounts safe. I can also easily share passwords with my family.

Secure, Easy to Use, and Affordable Password Solution

  • January 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden because it's easy to use, secure, and has a good interface. I appreciate that it's free of bugs and that the premium version is very cheap and accessible for everyone. The initial setup of Bitwarden was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation feels barebones with a lot of entries and there's no option for pinned items or true folders, just flat tags. Autofill can sometimes pick the wrong login and complex forms confuse it, plus 2FA fields aren't always detected correctly. Offline mode lets you view but not edit and sync later. The security reports are basic and lack trend analysis, vault scores, and alerts for password patterns. The flat structure doesn't scale for teams, and permissions are too broad. Mobile apps are slower to start than others, and the autofill isn't consistent. Errors like 'Sync failed' don't explain what's wrong. There's some metadata visibility to servers, and recovery options for MFA could be safer and clearer. No allias option like proton.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for password managing, and it provides an easy, secure, and user-friendly interface.

Open Source Security and Seamless Password Management

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bitwarden is that it is open source, which gives me full transparency and flexibility. I can either self-host it in my own environment or use Bitwarden's hosted service, depending on my needs. Another great feature is secure password sharing. I can store passwords in Bitwarden and safely share them with my teammates. This way, everyone gets access without needing to store passwords elsewhere, and security is fully managed by Bitwarden. In addition to that, Bitwarden offers end-to-end encryption, so only authorized users can access the stored data even Bitwarden itself cannot read the password. This gives me strong confidence in the overall security. I really like its cross-platform support and browser integration. It works seamlessly across browsers and desktop and mobile devices, which makes managing and accessing passwords very convenient in daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Bitwarden is that the web login experience can feel slow when I use the website; it sometimes takes a noticeable amount of time to load the login page before I can sign in. Another issue is that the interface can feel complex at first. Once I got used to it, it became much easier, and I now use it regularly in my day-to-day work. In addition to that, some advanced features are not very intuitive and require extra time to understand or configure, especially for users who are not very technical. Lastly, offline usage and sync delays can occasionally be frustrating, particularly when switching devices and expecting the latest changes to appear immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves the problem of securely managing and sharing sensitive information within a team, and this has been very beneficial for me in daily work. Firstly, Bitwarden allows me to store passwords securely and share them automatically with my teammates who are invited to the organization or vault. This removes the need to manually send or remember passwords, and if a password is updated, it syncs automatically for everyone who has access. Secondly, Bitwarden provides the ability to add secure notes for each item or user, which is very helpful for storing extra information like login instructions, environment details, or reminders related to that account. Another useful feature is the built-in password generator, which helps create strong, unique passwords without any extra tools, improving overall security. Bitwarden also supports storing SSH keys and secure credentials, which is extremely useful for developers. I can safely manage SSH-related access without sharing private keys insecurely, and access is controlled centrally. In addition, Bitwarden allows me to store payment and card details such as company credit card information. This lets me quickly purchase subscriptions or tools needed for a client or investor project without repeatedly asking managers, while still keeping everything secure and auditable. Beyond that, Bitwarden makes my work easier in a few important ways. It helps reduce security risks. Because everyone uses strong, unique passwords instead of reusing the same ones, it also keeps access management in one place, so adding a new teammate or removing access when someone leaves is quick and clean. Another big benefit is automatic syncing across devices. No matter where I am working from, I always have the latest credentials available without needing to ask anyone or search through old messages. Overall, Bitwarden saves a lot of time, avoids confusion, improves security, and makes working with a team much smoother and stress-free.
