Safest, multiplatform, open source Password Manager

  • August 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can run the Bitwarden App on my Android mobile, Linux and windows laptop, in my browsers and it is really easy. I use it every day for pin codes, passwords, logins - anything that involves private data. Customer support is available for any questions I might have, and have been very helpful in assisting us i migrating from US servers to EU servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more guides in how to use Bitwarden in coding and pipelines to leave passwords out of code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is helping my team to store passwords for shared systems and when passwords roll - everyone is automatically updated.

A Simple Password Manager That Gets the Job Done

  • August 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden was very easy to set up and I had my old logins imported within minutes. I use it every day and it has become second nature. The interface is simple and intuitive, which makes it easy to rely on without much thought. It has all the features I need like a strong password generator, secure notes, and reliable syncing between devices. The browser extensions and mobile apps integrate smoothly, so I always have access. I also like that support is responsive when questions come up, which makes me trust the service even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill can be inconsistent on certain websites or mobile apps, which sometimes forces me to copy and paste instead. The design is very plain, which is fine for functionality, but it lacks the polished look of some competitors. I also think the free plan is generous, but sharing passwords with family or teams works better if you upgrade, so that part feels limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden takes away the stress of remembering dozens of unique passwords. Before using it, I reused simple logins because it was too hard to keep track of everything. Now I can generate strong, unique passwords for every account and know they are stored securely. It also saves me a lot of time since I do not have to reset forgotten passwords or dig through notes. Having everything synced between my laptop and phone means I always have access when I need it, which makes daily work and personal logins much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the smart nature of Bitwarden as a browser's extension, making the daunting field-filling experience no-brainer and flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ergonomics could be significantly enhanced. I can't help but realize how many clicks it takes me to just check specific information related to a credit card, for instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am big fan of sorting all sorts of information including my credentials and confidential data. Bitwarden's folders are simple yet tremendouly helpful to save time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bitwarden:
“Bitwarden offers robust security with AES-256 and zero-knowledge encryption, unlimited passwords across devices for free, and open-source transparency.”
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Bitwarden:
“The interface feels dated, autofill can be inconsistent, and some advanced features (like emergency access or certain 2FA) are locked behind the $10/year premium plan.”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stops you from using weak or repeated passwords by securely storing everything behind one master key.

Makes your credentials accessible on any device with seamless syncing.

Gives peace of mind through open-source transparency, strong encryption, and regular security audits.

What do you like best about the product?
The best password manager out there, works great on multiple devices. I work in cyber security and it's perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't customize the icon for a single key, but can only use the one that comes with the URL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always have my passwords handy on every device

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quickly opens password records, ability to track users accessing passwords, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing capability is limited to groups. So you need to create groups first. If you want to share an entry with just one user, you still need to create group. Direct sharing would be easier and faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We store all passwords here.

Reliable password manager

  • July 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Their tool is reliable and provides useful features to:
* create access profiles with "collections"
* shortcut to copy/paste credentials
* embed 2FA rotating code within the tool
* link Bitwarden to other IT tools (SSO, ...)
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe on the cons, we should say that the website is a bit slow to filter on your credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a tech company, Bitwarden is very useful to first store your own credentials, or even store shared credentials in a secured manner.
This is very important to prevent non tech-savvy users from storing critical credentials into a Google spreadsheet or something similar.

Secure, Simple, and Reliable Password Management

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like about Bitwarden is it's gully open source and it's ability to use it across all type of devices like mobile, tablet and laptop. Interface is clean and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's good but sometimes I feel it's bit inconsistent with autofill in mobile apps and some unusual login forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually used weak password for easy to remember and sometimes I used to reset the forgotten one, In both cases it was risky and time consuming, now after I started using Bitwarden I store all the credentials at single place and easy to manage.
