What do you like best about the product?
At our company, we use Bitwarden as our password management solution. One of its most valuable features is the ability to create shared collections, which makes it easy to securely organize and share credentials across teams. It’s intuitive, reliable, and helps us maintain strong access control without compromising usability

Excellent password manager
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Bitwarden is that it has an app for your phone. None of the other password managers have had an actual app that works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no found anything that I dislike to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The world is now one huge password - there is not a single person that can remember them all. This was very highly rated, and when I am not in the office, I have the ease of an app on my phone to login to anything that I need.
Bitwarden is favourite Password Manager amongst the competition
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden for personal use is free. It is worth the enterprise cost because of how secure everything remains and how easy it is to use. There are tips and steps everywhere if you get confused, and the UI is just so clean and pretty
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that the Windows app I downloaded requires to be updated almost twice every week (small price to pay). I also don't like the fact that the Android app does not scale properly to my phone (I have poor eyesight so I have set the display zoom settings to 150%)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password Management is a huge issue today with passwords getting constantly leaked. Bitwarden makes it easy for me to set much more secure passwords without the hassle of having to remember them. It is an everyday use for me, and it is so beneficial that it can be used across multiple platforms - iPadOS, Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, Linux, etc.
Great password manager
What do you like best about the product?
The product has a variety of interfaces for different browsers, devices, and operating systems. It's nice to be able to have a password management solution that works across a multitude of platforms. The complimentary family licenses are also a great feature since it reinforces good security practice in the home. The shared vault feature is great in the corporate environment since it cenralizes password management and eliminates insecure credential sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The password manager is not available in every application interface. While this is inconvenient, it's not so problematic as to prevent its continued use in most envronments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several vendor sites that have a single login. We were maintaining that list of logins on a spreadsheet. Bitwarden has allowed us to store those credentials in a more secure manner. Bitwarden has also allowed us to move away from insecure browser-based password managers.

My go-to for password security
What do you like best about the product?
Beyond basic password storage, Bitwarden includes powerful features like custom fields, identity and credit card storage, file attachments, and a comprehensive password health report.
What do you dislike about the product?
While highly functional, the user interface (UI) on some platforms (particularly the desktop applications) can feel a bit less polished or modern compared to some competitors.

1.The Problem of Weak, Reused, or Forgotten Passwords: In the past, the widespread reliance on simple, easily guessable, or repeatedly used passwords was a massive security vulnerability.
How Bitwarden Benefits Me: Bitwarden eliminates this problem entirely. It acts as an impenetrable, centralized vault for all my credentials.
2.The Problem of Insecure Credential Management & Sharing (Especially for Teams): Before a robust solution like Bitwarden, individuals might store passwords in insecure text files, spreadsheets, or browser-based password managers with limited security.
How Bitwarden Benefits Me: For individual use, it provides a highly encrypted, dedicated secure repository for all my sensitive information – not just passwords, but also secure notes, credit card details, and identities

What do you like best about the product?
When I started using Bitwarden, I was mainly looking for a secure way to manage my growing list of passwords. But it quickly became clear that this tool is more than just a personal password vault—it’s become an essential part of my work routine.
The setup was quick and painless, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. Whether I’m on my laptop at the office, checking something on my phone, or using the browser extension during a meeting, Bitwarden is always reliable. That consistency across devices really helps keep my workflow smooth.
One feature that’s been a game-changer for me at work is Bitwarden Send. I often need to share login credentials or sensitive information with colleagues, and emailing passwords was never a safe option. With Send, I can securely share that data with the right people, and I know it’s protected with end-to-end encryption. It even lets me set expiration dates or limit how many times a link can be accessed, which adds an extra layer of control. It’s such a simple feature, but it’s made team collaboration a lot more secure and professional.
The password generator and autofill features save time every day, and Bitwarden’s security practices—like end-to-end encryption and support for two-factor authentication—give me confidence that my data is safe. Being open-source also adds that level of trust I value, especially when it comes to tools I use for both personal and professional purposes.
Overall, Bitwarden has helped me stay organized, efficient, and secure—both in my personal life and at work. It’s one of those tools I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it, and now I can’t imagine managing passwords or sharing sensitive info without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Bitwarden Send has been incredibly helpful in my day-to-day workflow, especially for securely sharing credentials with colleagues, I have noticed a few limitations that stand out in a professional setting. For instance, I often send login details or sensitive notes that are only meant to be viewed once, but currently, Bitwarden doesn’t offer a way to revoke or track access once the Send has been opened. This means that after sending a link, I don't have visibility into whether it's been accessed, or by whom—something that would be really useful when handling time-sensitive or confidential information.
In my role, where secure collaboration is essential, having more granular control over these Sends—like the ability to disable a link after it's been viewed or to receive a notification when someone accesses it—would make a great feature even better. Despite this, I still rely on Send regularly because it’s far safer than sharing passwords over email or chat, and it keeps everything encrypted and professional. I just hope future updates bring in a few more options that cater to the needs of teams like mine.

Before I started using Bitwarden, sharing and managing passwords—especially important admin credentials—always felt like walking a tightrope. At work, I often need to grant access to tools, accounts, or platforms that hold sensitive information. Without a secure system in place, options were limited and risky. Sending passwords through email, chat apps, or even writing them down left too much room for error—or worse, a security breach.
There’s also the issue of memory. Trying to remember dozens of complex logins or relying on a shared spreadsheet just isn’t practical or safe. In a busy work environment, it’s far too easy for someone to forget a critical admin password or for outdated credentials to be lost entirely. And if those credentials aren’t stored securely, they could be compromised, putting systems and data at serious risk.
Bitwarden has eliminated that anxiety. All of our important logins are securely stored in the vault, protected by strong encryption, and accessible only to authorized team members. It’s not just about convenience—it’s about protecting the integrity of the work we do. Knowing that admin-level passwords are safely stored and can be shared securely when needed gives me peace of mind and helps ensure that our workflow stays secure and efficient.
