Don't let them scam you

What do you like best about the product?
With all the attacks there are, being able to verify if your password has been stolen is what I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Android, some applications or website logins are not detected, and I have to go directly to the Botwarden app instead of having the autofill appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't understand the question

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of collections and "roles" on each collection. The plugin for browsers are fire, autocompletion, edits, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
On every web refresh you have to login, so it would be great to add a time token for session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to use for example than other software credentials type. Bitwarden allows you to be more role-specific with some user/collections.

What do you like best about the product?
- Overall ease of use
- The ease of use between various platforms/computers
- Sharing credentials/secrets with colleagues/family members
- Fast and efficient customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
- Only one minor inconvenience, on sites where the password is "salted", Bitwarden asks to update the existing password, and accidentally pressing on "Update" will change it
- Difficult to use on mobile, as this app is installed on "Work profile", but also contains private passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absolute increase of security in the company.
Our company has many consultants sharing passwords and Bitwarden allows the sharing to happen in a smooth and highly secure way, thus preventing from potential credential leak or misusing simple passwords.

Efficient. helpful and saves an immense amount of time

What do you like best about the product?
New passwords are recognised and bitwarden asks if you want them adding to your vault. The web extension is quick and efficient, and you can add and edit credentials all in one window with the browser still open. This saves a lot of time. There is also a feature that allows you to check if your password has been involved in any data leaks. I use this app dozens of times on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides. However I would say that when an update is required, the pop up prevents you from entering your password. I think this pop-up should only come up once you have logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that bitwarden is solving is that I have lots of different client accounts and so lots of different credentials that I need to be able to reproduce on a daily basis. The integrated web extension has saved me a countless amount of time as these credentials are now directly inputted when the page loads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to sort passwords by folder, making them easy to find & use
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the timer, that auto logs you out, but a company can set this, it's just ours has set it quite low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is providing Password security, not only storing but being able to securely send passwords to someone else & sharing whole folders with people within the company

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden has a desktop client and browser plugins, which makes it very versatile. The hosted version is easy to set up. Password changes are quickly synced too. Customer support is very good and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements to desktop client:
- Global hotkeys to auto-fill in different apps like Keepass does.
- Have a more condensed view to show more items.
- Searches don't seem to always work properly.
- Search results should show what collection an item is found in. The online portal does show this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a shared enterprise password manager where access to collections can be controlled by groups.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Bitwarden

  • March 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Bitwarden is its strong security and transparency. Being open-source, it allows for independent security audits, ensuring trust and reliability. Additionally, it offers end-to-end encryption (AES-256, PBKDF2, Argon2), which keeps credentials secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Bitwarden is that its user interface can feel a bit outdated compared to other password managers. While functional, it lacks the polished experience of some competit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is solving the problem of secure password management by providing a centralized, encrypted vault for storing and accessing credentials across multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is great for storing notes and passwords that you would otherwise forget, given that nowadays there are more and more complex and/or automatically generated passwords, and I find Bitwarden's management philosophy to be excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
On PC, the user experience is a bit less positive, but nothing too significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing notes and passwords that you would otherwise forget
