My thoughts on Bitwarden
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Bitwarden is its robust security capabilities, such as its use of zero-knowledge and end-to-end encryption, that allow my information to be accessible to me and me alone. Most convenient is its compatibility with any device, and I can access my passwords with ease with any device I use. I save a lot of time with its autofill feature, logging me in to programs and websites in seconds, and I appreciate its password generator for generating strong, one-time passwords, and I appreciate secure options for sharing sensitive information. Bitwarden’s open-source platform inspires trust in its security and transparency in me, and overall, its robust security, ease of use, and price make Bitwarden an excellent password manager for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate Bitwarden's high security and open-source development, I have a few reservations about it. User interface sometimes feels a little clunky compared to other password manager software, and sometimes I have difficulty accessing whatever I'm looking for. Autofill, even when useful, sometimes malfunctions and is disabled, and I have to enter information in most of the time. In addition, 1GB of premium-user encrypted storage isn't enough for my requirements. I'd prefer Bitwarden to have an autofile-backup feature, in case backing my information up turns out to become an issue in the future. Finally, I have noticed that sometimes customer service feels a little constrictive, and when I'm in a rush, I can become frustrated with it. Overall, I still regard Bitwarden as a secure and reliable tool, but with a few reservations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is fixing a variety of important concerns for me, first and most obviously through its secure and efficient password management. With its zero-knowledge and end-to-end encryption, I have faith in knowing my sensitive information is safe and secure. Security is applicable for both private and commercial use, and Bitwarden helps me secure my accounts and guard them against unauthorized access. Bitwarden's cross-platform compatibility enables me to access my passwords anywhere, anytime, and I save a lot of time with it. With its password generator, I can generate strong, one-use passwords for each and every one of my accounts, minimizing my vulnerability to a breach. Bitwarden's secure shared feature proves useful for collaboration with my coworkers, and I can pass passwords and notes between them and me with ease and security. Overall, Bitwarden simplifies my productivity and security and helps me manage both private and commercial-related accounts with ease.
Affordable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ease of use. Everything is self-explanatory
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a way to export a selection of items of to give someone access to only one branch in my tree. Furthermore, it's a bit unclear how to use folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering passwords
Simple Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and security of bitwarden, being able to set up the passwords in different folders as well as shared environments, plus a customizable password generator that truly feels random. I use it daiyly.
What do you dislike about the product?
creating FIDO/Passkeys doesn't seem posible in the free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not needing to remember all the passwords or logins of webpages, as well as using different random and long passwords for the logins so that bruteforce attacking is not possible and if the password is leaked they can't reuse it anywhere else.
Fantastic Password manager with great support
What do you like best about the product?
I've contacted Bitwarden support twice since we have had an enterprise version of Bitwarden. Both times, they have responded within the hour and resolved my issue. Bitwarden itself is easy to use as should all password managers be. I have been able to import passwords from an old KeePass instance quite easily and onboard colleagues. We have 50 members of staff constantly using Bitwarden and they have found it easy to follow the sign up process and navigate through to the passwords they require.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could drag and drop passwords from one collection to another, this would have made sorting through my initial import much easier as my old Keepass instance wasn't supported so had to bring via a csv file and then sort through them. This wasn't a limitation of Bitwarden, more our outdated software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our IT department is able to easily access Bitwarden to retrieve passwords from any device, we previously had an old internally hosted password solution which was difficult to access.
Bitwarden is a real game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I used many password managers, from passpack to keepass to lastpass to finally end to bitwarden.
And with bitwarden I found all that I need in a modern password manager.
Logins, secure notes, identity filler, credit card, TOTP, passkeys all together in a multi platform app.
The password fill is incredibly easy, also thanks to keyboard shortcuts.
With enterprise plan I can have shared vaults for convenient passwords share.
Secure send is loved by me, my colleagues and my customers.
It's definitely the app that I use most on my devices.
Customer care is Ok, I had the need to contact support for some billing issues, ticket solving with ease of communication and good response time.

What do you dislike about the product?
In later months, Bitwarden team rushed to renovate the app look, that lead to some hickups and performance regressions.
Fortunately the dev team is very sensitive to community feedback and correction are quick and smooth.
Also i don't get the release of smartphone's app Bitwarden Authenticator, since main Bitwarden app has TOTP embedded.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's impossible to live without a password manager. Bitwarden is the best in the market, in my opinion
Bitwarden is simple, intuitive and works great
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, interface is intuitive, you don't need to look for anything as every option is easy to find. Password generator is great little tool to generate random passwords. You can put every information in here. I love that you can use FIDO to add another layer of security to your passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that the update prompt is after you log in, which is quite annoying. Other than that there isn't any downsides for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can sleep knowing that I have all of my passwords in secure place which no one can access besides me
Simplicity and Security with Bitwarden
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bitwarden is very simple and practical, secure, and doesn't cause problems. I also like the access control that is possible by creating containers and the integration with SSO. The initial setup was super simple. I really enjoy using Bitwarden.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no criticisms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves the problem of account sharing, especially with the use of MFA.
Solid password manager, good feature set coupled with a sane UI/UX experience
What do you like best about the product?
You are in control of the security of your vault (encryption method) as well as the security of your use case with features such as autofil methods and options available for you to customise. Initial setup is easy, accessing settings is trivial as well.
Good support for hardware keys for 2FA for additional security, other 2FA methods are available as well.
Easy to use once you have setup the browser extension, autofill is fast and significantly easier than manually typing. Using Bitwarden daily becomes second nature.
Using Bitwarden for TOTP codes makes 2FA easier to manage on various websites.
Good customer support the few times I've had to contact them.
Easy to use across multiple devices due to the vault syncing and good support for multiple platforms.
Solid recovery options such as an emergency contact option.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything major which is a hard downside. The most painful part is the initial migration from no password migration to Bitwarden as that is manual work.
Due to the security of Bitwarden (which is required feature for me) you are out of luck if you forget your master password and recovery key. This can be a downside if you introduce Bitwarden to family members who might not be familiar with a password manager. It is important to consider how you can recover your or their vaults should something happen.
UI/UX changes like any modern applicaton which sometimes "ruin" your previous workflow.
