My experience with Bitwarden has been excellent; it's secure, user-friendly, and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Bitwarden's robust security features, ease of use across devices, and the ability to securely share passwords with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional syncing delays between devices can be a bit inconvenient, but overall, it's a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is solving the problem of securely storing, managing, and sharing passwords. It benefits me by simplifying password management, enhancing security with strong, unique passwords for every account, and providing easy access across all my devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Your accessibility, and the good support in solving problems when we report them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some screens of the app still have accessibility issues, such as buttons without labels and screens overlapping each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is becoming a more accessible password manager, among the affordable options available on the market.
Centralized Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
For the last +5 years, I've regularly used Bitwarden for password management. What I liked most about Bitwarden was the transition process from other password managers. I previously transitioned from LastPass shortly after a breach and the process was incredibly smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no significant dislikes regarding the platform. It's perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized Password Management for organizations.
Good but needs improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Quite intuitive and friendly interface, easy to use, lots of features
What do you dislike about the product?
NO VAT refund in UE - invoiced from US so it might be slippery from a tax perspective...
There should be an office (with 1 person!) somwhere in UE.
Rather not meant for bigger organisations.
I miss reporting, simple data extractions (e.g. active users), simple data sorting, grouping , filtering - you need to waste a time to copy it page by page to excel.
Too basic rights management - no service accounts for technicians and administrators, business owners etc - just regular users with a regular fee just with admin rights - it is too litle...
Very strange subscription management and you need to book accounts in advance - no real pay per use, you pay for reservation and (AFIK) then they return for not used accounts... strange.
And another small annoyance: the necessity of switching between eu and us site is confusing and unjustified - when user logs into you know where to redirect them...

Security and ergonomics
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is the solution I use personally and for my business. Affordable, ergonomic, and secure, I can't do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of the solution would benefit from modernization (the latest updates seem to be moving in that direction)

Better password management, it allows our users to set truly strong passwords and store them securely.
One of the best in password managers
What do you like best about the product?
We have it implemented at work and it allows sharing passwords between different collections very easily, you don't need to remember a password again in your life, except for the master one ;)

During the time I've been using it, nothing that I dislike.

Its free plan is generous, and its premium version is also affordably priced with useful extras. Great for those power users seeking security and transparency in their password management solution.
