Strong Response Time and Accurate Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is top notch. They give you exactly the information you need and they respond in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike I would like to see some more video tutorials. Specifically, my most recent issue I would have liked to see some migration tutorials.

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is very easy to set up, especially when one wants to move from another password manager. Although I have not been through any issue, its community and overall documentation are so thorough that there would not be any issue for which you would need customer support. With easy-to-integrate password-filling capability, it's almost seamless to use. Personally for me I have replaced it as my primary password manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I feel missing is the ability to store TOTP on my account. I need to have a separate app (it's from Bitwarden). Maybe it's a design issue, but it seems to be the only thing I don't feel comfortable with.

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden stands out as an exceptional password manager, and the premium plan takes it to the next level. One of my favorite features is the integrated TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) generator, which eliminates the need for a separate app like Google Authenticator. It's incredibly convenient to have everything centralized, enhancing both productivity and security. The user interface is intuitive, and the cross-platform compatibility ensures that I can securely access my data on any device, anytime.
I truly believe Bitwarden is the best password manager available today. Its robust security features, open-source foundation, and user-friendly experience make it a must-have for anyone serious about online safety.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find missing is the ability to copy both the password and TOTP code concatenated in a single action. This small enhancement would save even more time during logins, especially for services requiring both credentials in quick succession.

Bitwarden solves the problem of securely managing and storing passwords, TOTP codes, and sensitive information. It benefits me by providing a centralized, encrypted solution that simplifies access across devices, enhances security, and saves time with features like autofill and integrated TOTP management.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like like best about Bitwarden is that they have apps for my phone, a plugin for my browser, and I website that works if I choose to use it. I can add notes to my password in case there's something I need to remember about that login. I also like that I can use the Bitwarden Send feature to share secrets that expire or can only be accessed a certain number of times. I've had to open a ticket with their customer support, and they took care of my problem. I use this every day, and alway recommend Bitwarden to my friends and family.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the past week they updated their browser plugin which changes the workflow on how you apply logins to webpages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Bitwarden solves for me is how to manage a seemingly infinite number of passwords for our company, and how to share them with the correct employees or clients securely.
Solid Password Manager With Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Bitwarden is open source. This gives me the confidence that it is secure and nothing bad will happen to my data. Also, access settings are very detailed - you can configure very well who should have access to what.
The customer support is excellent: It is fast and of high quality. All my questions, even if they were very specific and tricky, were answered to my full satisfaction.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a bit more user-friendly. Other password managers might be a bit easier to use at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helps me share credentials with my team. Also, it helps us sending credentials securely to external people.
Great Software and great support!
What do you like best about the product?
The functionalty and price for the password manager is great. You can share password directly with team members and setup multiple folders (collections) as you need. I use it daily and I feel secure knowing I have my passwords separate from my Google and Apple account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially I felt a little overwhelelmed by the layout of the vaults and collections. I wasn't sure of the difference and it took me some time to get familiar with how things worked in the admin console. Once I spent some time looking around the admin console and clicking around to understand it, I realised it wasn't as overwhelming as i orgininally thought.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing, beasides the features, was the easy configuration. We don't have an IT team, so that was a key thing for a fast implementation.
The tutorials are excelent and helps a lot to integrate BitWarden with other softwares, and was very important for teaching our team how to use it.
The support and human quality of Matthew was incredible. Is very important for us have a human and good customer support on our services.

What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot set up two-factor authentication other than through an authentication app. As of now, it is the only feature we lack from everything we needed. Nevertheless, we understand that it is not a feature offered by other similar services."
