BitWarden Excellent Password Manager for an IT Team
What do you like best about the product?
The Admin Portal is easy to use and manage. Linking SSO and auo-provisioning to Azure Entra ID makes onboarding new employees to Bitwarden seamless.
Also, BitWarden support has been very fast and responsive to our tickets.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to delete a vault without a support ticket (you can only remove a user). I wish this was something I could do from the Admin Panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deployed Bitwarden to provide a safe and secure way to store passwords to all our employees. Users now have an option besides excel sheets, notes and browser passwords to store their information.
Bitwarden makes storing passwords easy along with helping out by allow you to generate them.
What do you like best about the product?
The Extension makes using Bitwarden seamless. Forcing this out via GPO has been a seamless process in getting our user base to adapt to the new technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bitwarden Extension signs you out each time you close the browser. This was a big annoyance for most folks, requiring them to change the setting per user rather than organization wide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many passwords in too many spreadsheets are just way too high of a security risk. Bitwarden has reduced this attack surface and aided our user base about being more concious of reusing passwords as well.
Secure and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden has some of the best security features when it comes to password managers. It also gives me peace of mind that all my passwords are not stored on the tech giants like Microsoft or Google's servers. I have some clients as an IT MSP, and I store my clients' passwords in different collections so they are not mixed up with each other. These features make Bitwarden my preferred choice. I can also choose to self-host my password manager for added security, which is also a great addition!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlocking the password manager is not as smooth of an experience on PC compared to mobile. Adding the possibility to unlock the password manager through something like a security key would make things easier, so I don't have to enter the vault password every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me the possibility to manage password for multiple clients.
Consistently Excellent and Reliable Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the recent improvements in UI/UX and the continued focus on zero-knowledge security. The shared vaults and admin controls have also become more intuitive, which helps in managing teams more efficiently. The mobile app has become faster and more responsive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have even more granular reporting and audit logs, especially for enterprise-level use. Some training or onboarding tools for non-technical users would also be a great addition.

It solved the problems of simple passwords and managing them on sheets of paper that were lost

Safe and user-friendly password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden offers an excellent combination of security and ease of use. It is very convenient to store passwords securely and synchronize them across multiple devices. The interface is simple and intuitive, and sharing passwords with team members goes smoothly. Moreover, the price-quality ratio is very good, especially compared to other password managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with browsers can respond a bit slowly, especially when automatically filling in login details. Additionally, some advanced features might be somewhat difficult to understand for less technical users. An improved manual or more intuitive explanation could solve this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves the problem of securely managing and storing a large number of passwords for different accounts, thereby reducing the risk of password fatigue and weak password practices. By storing passwords centrally with strong encryption, I don't have to remember multiple complex passwords, which improves both productivity and security. The ability to easily and securely share passwords with team members also promotes collaboration and reduces the security risks associated with sharing sensitive information through insecure channels.

cross compatibility is a lifesaver for my workplace, I can log in on nearly any machine/browser and have access to everything that I need

I wish there was an option to have similar functionality to keepass in having offline vaults whenever connection to the net is sparse

it solves creating and maintaining account security over many different platforms and allows peace of mind knowing it is a reliable service

Some minor limitations like the way nested collections work as well as grouping, Can quickly lead to unforseen results if not studied careful when implementing
