My go-to password manager both for business and for personal use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's open source, so security is vetted. Feature-wise, it has me covered for all my needs. I particularly enjoy having OTP codes in shared logins, that saves me from colleagues asking about the code when they want to access a shared account and I'm the only one with the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intefrace is a bit old school, but that's a matter of preference. Also, SSO with Entra ID still requires you to have a master password too. I understand the logic, but it's inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a Bitwarden MSP with several client companies, as well as my team. So I have cross platform password management for me and my colleages and I get to resell it and make an extra buck for my company.

Excellent password manager for all around use

What do you like best about the product?
The whole reason we purchased a password management solution was due to the requirement of 2fa on all our company accounts and password sharing. During Covid we ended up having a really high turn over. Passwords were getting lost, accounts were trying to send 2fa to numbers no longer in the company and so on. Having used this in my personal day to day I already knew how good a tool Bitwarden was. Don't was a no brainer to recommend it to my VP of IT. We then were able to set up groups for the departments and sorta centralize 2fa to Bitwarden. This makes it much easier for us as a company now when it comes to onboarding and departures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biometrics used for log in are a bit shaky sometimes but other than that I have no real complaints about Bitwarden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier having the ability to consolidate our company passwords/2fa, divide them into groups and share is of utmost value and importance to us.

I have used many password manager solutions, but Bitwarden is my final choice.

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is very easy and convenient to use. It has a web-based application, macOS, Windows, mobile applications, and extensions for the most popular browsers. It has autofill and password prompts for most cases, which is very convenient and saves a lot of time.
In addition, another very convenient feature is collections, which makes it easier to share secrets and manage common secrets among team members. If you want to share a password with someone else without using collections, you can use the Send feature, which can send text and files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The function needed for my job, which Bitwarden can't accommodate, is an API. Bitwarden doesn't have an API that can be called from a program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most valuable thing about the password manager is helps us store passwords and secrets. Bitwarden also helped manage the team password with the collection feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and implementation, be it on my phone or my work laptop, it helps to always count on Bitwarden to remember my passwords and critical information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could do with a revamp, and be more seamlessly integrated into the browser experience, that also goes for mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helps with the immense ammount of accounts we use on a daily basis. be it at work or my own home. since every company out there has their own dedicated sites and login informations.

Easy to use with efficient technical support

What do you like best about the product?
We use Bitwarden at work for all our login information. It is very easy to understand how to use. We have also started to resell it to some customer, who find it very easy to integrate to their workflow and to learn how to use.
Our team is able to set it up easily and quickly within our customer's work environment.

The web extension is also amazing to quickly find and fill in my login information in order to be more proficient at work, it just takes 1-2 clicks and I'm logged in. It may seem silly or not much, but it really allows me to get started quickly at work in the morning, especially when like me you have multiple tools/websites to log into.

I use it every day, it is part of my essential tools at work in order to be able to do anything, because of the very large amount of accounts and passwords we have to manage accross all sorts of websites and softwares.

Last but definitely not least, I recently had to contact the support in order to ask some Provider Portal question. Even compared to our other providers, I was able to get a fast and clear answer, without needing to add more details to my question.
The support team member even understood my situation to the point of offering to help me with the process of it, in addition to answering my question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like the principle of the Bitwarden Send feature. They are useful to share some login information to a coworker or sometimes even to a customer, in a safe and secure way.
But it is a bit annoying that I can't start writing a send, paste my username for example, go back to my vault to get the password, and get it in the Send.
Everytime I do that, I have to rewrite the entire Send. I could save it, and re-edit it afterward for each line of information (Username, Password, URL, TOTP, Notes, etc) but it really becomes a lot of back and forth for a simple matter.

So in the end, I have to paste it all in a notepad, and then transfer it into a Send.
Would it be possible instead to have a button to share an entry into a Send directly?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Off the top of my head, every morning, I have to log in about 5 different websites/tools/softwares.

During the day, I will probably log into 20 different accounts, or websites.
In total, I might have about 100+ different accounts I could, at some point, need to log into for different tasks of my work.

Now I could find a way to remember these passwords, and write them myself everytime.
But let's be honest, it is really not an efficient way to work, it is time wasting, and also a high risk of forgetting/losing passwords.

Bitwarden on its own, allows me to generate secure passwords, so secure I'll be having a hard time remembering any of them.
It also allows me to copy and paste the username, the password, the TOTP key, etc.
It also lets me enter a URL to the login page, that gets me there in one click.
And I can write notes for any other important information for this account.

All of that is amazing.
But in my opinion, my favorite part is the web extension.
If I have a URL to the login page entered in an element of my vault, the web extension will automatically offer me to fill in my login information when I am on this login page.

With Bitwarden, we go from writing a username and a password, both that could be lost, forgotten or exposed, to 2-3 clicks to do the trick.
With Bitwarden Web Extension, we turn that into 1 click. Maybe 2 at most.

This is why I love Bitwarden so much. I could also go on with their security measure, like how you can verify if any of your passwords have been exposed somewhere.
But what I love the most about it, is the time and effort saving it gives me.

What do you like best about the product?
The autofill on the mobile app has improved greatly since my last review!
What do you dislike about the product?
Make the TOTP a feature not locked behind a premium subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of passwords with shared accounts and ensuring passwords are complex without having to remember them all.
