What do you like best about the product?
Bit warden provides cross-platform supporting, windows, Linux, apple OS, and Android and is a secure open=source solution that offers features well above browser and OS specific password managers.

Bitwarden provides cross-platform supporting, windows, Linux, apple OS, and Android and is a secure open=source solution that offers features well above browser and OS specific password managers.
The two additional features that I love are the ability to name each password profile because often I have several logins for one web location for example Chrome accounts And the ability to save notes in each profile for things like my first pet and other security challenge questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult thing about getting users to switch to a password manager isn't really the password manager itself it's educating them on the importance of not reusing password And the importance of creating new and difficult passwords.
Once clients and friends understand the necessity have good password habits the convenience of using a password manager that will work on all of their devices and bring all of their passwords together under a master password that is secure they begin to appreciate the importance and benefits of bi warden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Differentiating logins to the same domain is a huge issue whether it's logging into the web portal for your credit cards which all seemed to be issued by Citibank for yourself your business and your family members and also their specific security prompt information when needed like maiden names and 1st address for example

What do you like best about the product?
Easy password sharing and private host option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a con, but it definitely requires getting used to it. It took me a couple weeks to get it into my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within the company, there are a lot of shared accounts. Bitwarden helps to keep those accounts secure with rotating passwords.

Bitwarden has been a cornerstone of my personal and business online security

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and availability across all the platforms I need is simply great. Getting me on board was easy; in fact, my clients adopted it as well as part of their SOC2 audit–this speaks volumes of the trust Bitwarden provides and how easy it is to implement regardless of the scale of the operation.

So far I hadn't a need to reach out to customer support, at all. This also proves that Bitwarden is a well-developed product, reliable and stable.

I use it every day. From passwords, to secure notes. Integrating Bitwarden into my daily workflows was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Realistically, nothing. But as with everything there are areas of improvement. I would say the browser extension for Opera is at times a bit annoying because it covers text fields with the Bitwarden overlay... but a click outside makes it go away so not much to complain about here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My data got leaked back in 2015 when LinkedIn was attacked. Ever since I am at peace knowing my passwords are crazy long and complex, and I only need to remember a single master password to access easy authentication to all my services and accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm actually putting into practise all the password advise I give to other people. BitWarden makes it possible for me to use unique secure passwords for all my accounts. I have also taken advantage of the free family account and have updated all my personal account passwords at home too! I use it every day, the browser plugin is especially helpful. It is super easy to install the app on your phone too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havn't found any features I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A secure way to share and store 100's of passwords as part of an IT Department. We can also setup MFA TOTP codes in Bitwarden that are centrally accessible by all Team members for any systems we use which are outdated and only one administrator account. We also ensure the complexity of passwords for all Team members by using the generate password feature.

In its free version it is already very complete with features but the paid version is the best.

One of the best password managers I've used

What do you like best about the product?
As an everyday user of Bitwarden to keep my passwords safe and manage my organization's vaults, the product exceed expectations. Bitwarden provides the browser add-on, desktop application and the cloud colsole to manage the password vault. Customer support is easy to reach and I usually get an answer within few hours, which is very helpful. As an admin that manage my organization's Bitwarden vault, it' sfairly easy to manage users, passowrds and collections. Some new features like resetting passwords of enterprise users is also nice to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator of a comnay over 400 users, there are some ocassionas where users need help to reset their Bitwarden master passwords. This was not available sometime back and still, admins cannot reset the master password of users who has old accounts. In case if a user forgot their master password, the only option is to delete and re-create the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely storing passords. Generating random strong and secure passwords. Managing selevral password collection in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is so simple that even my mom is able to use it. It is easy to setup and to distribut to users as they just need to setup a account and it is done in 3minutes. The Customer Support is awesome, i get answers on my tickets within 30 minutes in business hours.
As users get fast on track they see the benefit so they actually starting using it. Speciall if you share passwords via Groups (in our case based on ldap groups that are distributed by azure). The whole setup of the authentication cain and the structure within bitwaren was (inclusive user import!) was done within a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any feature tbh. But i somekind of videos of how to use instead of plain text documentation would help the not technical users to get on track with Bitwarden. You can find some on Youtube but they are not BW content. I like the Text documentation in general it is easy to follow at least for me as a technical user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are Tisax and ISO 27001 certified. We are in the need of an audit proove password manager solution. Bitwarden is giving us this + an absolut smoothless user experience

Absolutely the best out there

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden has been the best solution for me and my company. We use it to sync our passwords and OTP with eachother. Its so conviniant to not have to recieve text or calls for 2FA codes anymore. It also has the best support, which compared to all other solutions is unperallel. They have great features like send and family plans. Overall the best of the best out there. I recommend it to everyone I speak to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to complain about. The only thing I think needs a little more work is the mobile apps autofill features on Android. (not sure about iPhones).

Sometimes, it doesnt recommend itself in a password field and you have to jump out, open bitwarden, then jump back into the area you needed it. This usually solves the problem. But a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2FA and password sharing.
