Bitwarden is critical to our IT dept's success
What do you like best about the product?
We use Bitwarden for a team of 9 with personal and shared vaults. The experience has been fantastic. The ability to securely share passwords, secrets and notes, and also MFA codes is truly critical to our department.
Getting new users spun up is no problem. Support has been very responsive. We use it all day every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the experience of working with a personal vault and a shared vault could be improved a bit. It's sometimes not obvious where I just saved a new password. The option to select a shared vault could be made more clear.
One very minor issue. To see the generated password history from the Chrome plugin I need to generate a new password. This is a bit inconvenient as I often go back to document a password and having these meaningless generated entries is confusing. If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared passwords, secrets / notes, and MFA codes.
Great customer service and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and integrates easily with everything we have. The add-ons for browsers, mobile apps, and desktop app make it simple to have access across multiple platforms that all stay in sync. Additionally, they have a great training and support team, with regular live demonstrations where people can ask for help, as well as a great support team that was quickly able to help me understand an issue I was having.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync function is not imediate, so it can take time (or manually sync) before changes are realized between systems. But it's normally not noticable. The most irritating thing is that editing an entry in the browser add-on is nearly impossible if you want to copy and paste things, because as soon as you click off of the edit window, the whole thing resets and disapears - causing you to have to go back to the beginning. You can break the modal out to its own window, but this is a little anoying as well because it loses context about what site you're trying to add information about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my team to share passwords without relying on a single password (such as Keepass requires) and auditing so I can tell who has done what.
Perfect password manager for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The add-on for my browser has made my life so much easier. It is very easy to integrate with your logins and implement security in your browsing. Another useful feature is the password generator, it allows you to generate personalized and extremely secure passwords at any time. Making its use much more frequent hahaha
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when i log in a website with a login that i already saved before, still saves it another time duplicating it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often had problems saving passwords and logins, especially for some users of the company's database. With bitwarden I can make this easier and safer
Business & Personal experience with bitwarden as a security professional
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden cares about its user. The way Bitwarden is proving this for me is being open about it's roadmap, following-up on initiatives, providing means to convince your peers. Good documentation, easy to use... The anualy open source security summit is also a great initiative.
What do you dislike about the product?
We adopted Bitwarden as an organization in the very early stages. We've seen Bitwarden grow as a company and become more mature in enterprise features. Though, some features still need to be polished. Every time we reach out with a problem, customer support is great though. Which helps when implementing new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've got away with "password" files in our organisation that where maintained as shadow it by teams. Not because we didn't have a solution before, but because it was not as user friendly. Bitwarden helps us to audit, share and maintain credentials safely across teams.
Bitwarden is a clean and integratable way to manage your organization's credentials
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden offers a seamless and user-friendly interface that makes managing credentials effortless. Its integration capabilities are top-notch, allowing it to work smoothly with various applications and systems within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Bitwarden has consistently met our expectations and provided a reliable and secure solution for managing our organization's credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account passwords getting changed randomly, not having a single secure source of truth for them. Bitwarden has solved everything.
Bitwarden is great for corporations.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it has all the features you could want, rolled into one, easy to use application. Not only can you seperate your personal passwords from your corporate collections, but it also generates secure passwords for you. Additionally, it can also act as your OTP generator, that way your don't have to swap between apps just to sign into websites. I use my Bitwarden app daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside isn't really a downside. It more of an inconvience at the price of security. The fact that you cannot leave the website up all day without having to log in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to have passwords stored all over the place in different documents. There was no centrilazation and no version history. The app brought all the passwords into one place that allowed us to easily find any password needed and keep up with the changes.
easy, powerful and shared
What do you like best about the product?
we have two accounts: one for IT department (me) and one for sales one, is really easy and useful: if one chang, update, add a new password/account, eveyone in the departmen has it update!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, there's nothing i dislike in it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i need a password manager, an autenticator app and a shared app for password condivision
Only 1 password to remember
What do you like best about the product?
After starting using Bitwarden i don't have to remember any passwords except my master password
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser plugin needs a few clicks to enter my passwords
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont havr to remember my passwords and can jse unique passwords for each site
Password managee whichs fits all requirements
What do you like best about the product?
An on premise password manager was a requirement for our case. Easy install with docker. As well the Organisation management is very simple and easy to setup in order to share passwords with specific employees or groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription sync gets broken sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords in the organization
Affordable, works well and lots of options
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Bitwarden is the fact it is a password manager, nothing else. It can sync between my devices and allows me to share my vault with those that may need it, intergrates into just about anything and has been fast and reliable. Easy to use, easy to implement and used on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile side of using Bitwarden, to me personally, is a bit difficult to work wtih, but that may my lack of use of it during normal daily activities. 95% of things I access that Bitwarden keeps a password for, are access via a laptop / computer, not from a mobile device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is helping keep up with the changing password lrequirements: 12+ characters, non repeating patterns, dictionary words, complexity, etc. It allows me to use a single master password to access my vault, and I can use Bitwarden to generate random passwords, according to specifics, and allow it to keep track and autofill those passwords when I need them. This allows me to use a DIFFERENT, truly long, complex and random passwords, on all my accounts, and I don't have to keep track of them, just my master. Fire up my favorite browser, unlock my vault (after adding extension from respective store), and ge to work. When a password is needed and Bitwarden knows it, it puts an icon in the field and I click on it. You can turn on autofill when you visit the page, but I prefer to control when credentials appear on pages. And is syncs between my laptop / desktop and mobile devices.
Currenlty, I am using the paid personal version for my daily activities. I do have the free version for my newly started business with plans to covert to a more premium plan, as it hopefully grows and needs change.
