Bitwarden
What do you like best about the product?
The option to generate passwords and have them stored, being able to choose the length and characters used. I also really like that it can save temporary access keys as a method of MFA, so you don't have to provide your phone number or download third-party applications. It's great that just by scanning the QR code on the page, it stores that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Bitwarden, I think it's super useful and provides a lot of security. I'm still getting to know the program more in depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management without requiring memorization, thus being secure.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Bitwarden is its ease of use and simplicity. The platform is very intuitive and practical, which makes managing my passwords and data secure and efficient. Additionally, Bitwarden offers end-to-end encryption, which gives me extra peace of mind regarding the security of my data. Another positive point is the ability to access my passwords on any device, greatly facilitating my daily life. In summary, Bitwarden is a great tool for keeping my information protected in a simple and effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Bitwarden user, I always strive to objectively and balancedly evaluate the tools I use. Although I greatly appreciate the features and security offered by Bitwarden, something that doesn't completely please me is the app's interface, which at times can seem a bit confusing and complex for some users. However, I consider this a superficial aspect compared to the benefits and security that Bitwarden provides, and it does not compromise my overall experience with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues and I had great difficulty with system passwords after returning from vacation because we have to keep changing the password periodically.

What do you like best about the product?
I love their interface. It is very easy to navigate and find the things I need. I love that it is open source where with the closed password managers out there you really don't know what is going on behind the scenes. After all we are storing all our secrets here. Support has been great as well and it works across all platforms which is key for us as we use Windows, Mac, Linux and Mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see an alias feature like ProtonPass has. Otherwise no real downsides to using Bitwarden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering passwords, sharing passwords and the need for having a 2nd TOTP device/app.
Great Customer Service and Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it solves all our password problems. We manage different social media accounts and Bitwarden has made our life easier. We had a problem when sharing passwords with an organization. I wrote to customer services, and they replied and solved my issue in 10 minutes or less. It was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I only dislike that every time I log in, it is in Spanish. I've changed it to English different times, but always comes back to Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage different social media accounts, from different people, we had lots of problems, but now, we have a worry less in our department.

Bitwarden cloud sync feature is indeed invaluable for ensuring that all our sensitive data are securely backed up. Bitwarden is also a fantastic tool for securely sharing encrypted communications, providing peace of mind when sending sensitive information.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Bitwarden is its open-source design, promoting both transparency and security. This model encourages ongoing community-driven enhancements and audits. Along with its intuitive interface and strong cross-platform compatibility, Bitwarden provides a smooth and secure way to manage passwords and sensitive data.

It stores our passwords in a secure place, nothing to dislike!

simple UI, no data breach so far, because of work started to use it for personal use

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Bitwarden for over 4 years. As a system administrator, it is my responsibility to manage the Bitwarden accounts for our company's 30 or so employees. The Admin Console makes it easy to add new users (Members) and manage their access rights. I can add members to Groups and/or give them access to Collections. When an employee needs access that they don't have, it's often fixed within a minute after logging in. I feel confident that our organization's sensitive information is secure and organized with the randomly generated passwords. We have people working from both home and the office, and thanks to Bitwarden they always have access to their credentials, without needing to write down passwords or share them using insecure channels or methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some less tech-savvy users, it is a bit of a learning curve to use Bitwarden. They're frequently confused why a password that they've stored in their personal vault, doesn't show up for their colleagues in the organization's vault. There have also been instances where a user has forgotten their main password. The information on how to reset it or restore access to the account is limited, which can be frustrating. But on a positive note, whenever I've contacted the support team, they've been able to help out rather quickly.

Bitwarden makes it easy and secure to share passwords, independent from location or team.

What do you like best about the product?
SSO and SCIM integration works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Windows app is buggy. Sometimes, i vant searches for assets and need to Restart the entire app. The web version works much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no lounger need to keep insecure Excel sheets but can feel sure we have all passwords in the same platform.
