Bitwarden Self-Hosted Excelent Solution and support
What do you like best about the product?
bitwarden self hosted is the ideal solution for enterprise IT teams.
We all share passwords on a self-hosted server so we don't have to worry about the security measures of a third party, in this case bitwarden.com (as has happened to others).
We had a problem with a user who lost access to his vault because he lost his mfa tokens on his mobile, and in less than 3 emails and 20 minutes we had regained access thanks to bitwarden's support.
Excellent product and service.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be interesting to be able to forbid the users of the organization to check the “remember password” option to force my users to always type it to open the vault. Right now, that is left to the browser extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
above all, it solves the problem of speed when you need to create a password, better than with a traditional password manager and the self-hosted option is absolutely essential for us for our security policy.
I use it since 2 years and its one of the best tools for password management

Sync between all devices (computer, webpage, android,...)

I dont have anything to tell right non about that

Bitwarden has a user-friendly GUI. And provides granular RBAC capability.

I don't have any dislikes about Bitwarden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves the problem of being able to securely manage individual items (passwords, credit cards, files) in a personal vault. And also provides a solution for teams to be able to manage their sensitive data securely while being able to easily share with team members as needed.

The security is very good, unlike LastPass which was attacked.

I can't recover the master password, I feel frustrated.

since I can't remember any passwords, I just need to remember the master password and that's it, much easier
Bitwarden has made password management simple
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Bitwarden makes it not only to manage my passwords, but manage my company and it's passwords as well. We moved from another password manager to Bitwarden and thought that all password managers were basically the same, but the entire team agrees that Bitwarden is far superior and makes their day-to-day work easier. Moving from another password manager to Bitwarden was extremely easy and pain free thanks to the export/import options. Their support is also steller. They are helpful and take the time to explain things in a simple fasion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a great while auto-fill doesn't work, but I think this has to do more about the website coding than Bitwarden itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves a lot of problems for us. Mainly insecure passwords, but also the 2FA/MFA app built into Bitwarden makes it where employees don't have to use their personal devices, which is great.

Bitwarden is the most robust, affordbale software I've used in years

Some of the design language is a bit dated

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Bitwarden is that it just simply works. It's not complicated, it doesn't try to upsell you on anything, it does its job and gets out of your way. That's how software should be!
What do you dislike about the product?
One change I would make would be if the browser extension could autofill my past used usernames. I often use a few email accounts as a username and it would be great if the extension remember that and filled it in for me so I didn't have to type it each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a low-cost password manager that just works. It's private, sharing passwords with others is very easy as well. Setting up Passkey support is only going to make it that much more valueable.
Best Free Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having an open-source and privacy-respecting password manager that is openly audited. This puts it above the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I primarily use the extension and mobile apps. Each of them lately has had issues with autofilling reliably. SSO on iOS needs some attention as well, I am always immediately logged out when trying to use the autofill feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines a way to store and retrieve passwords, and maintain a history of previous password. We use it in our IT department for this purpose, and has allowed us to move away from using spreadsheets and custom-made programs.
