Bitwarden - Excellent security software to securely manage passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is an excellent security software and I liked several aspects of it. The main thing was the security to save and manage the passwords and that they can be shared and its ability to generate passwords and create folders and I love the vault to ensure security and that no one can crack the passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general they work well and so I have nothing to say here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensureing security in my data therefore I must admit that it is a good software with a reliable service to manage passwords and troubleshoot problems keeping us organized and increasing security.
The best free password manager to consider in the year 2024…!!
What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate its cloud synchronization feature, which ensures a backup of all passwords and sensitive information for emergency situations. Bitwarden Send stands out as one of the most dependable tools, allowing the secure transmission of encrypted messages to any team member. The secure vault offers the advantage of storing sensitive files, coupled with its compatibility across various devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I currently dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keep all our sensitive files secure.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I enjoy is there customer support, they rapidly respond to any email sent to them and they have excellent customer response. They representatives, cleary know there stuff. I know that this isnt that important, but I like the color scheme.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most about Bitwarden is the price, its too high, it makes an organization face a difficult choice on rather using it, or switching to another product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging into my account, I do not use it frequently, and I recently got a new laptop. I was facing sso authentication issues, and they helped me resolve it accordindgly.
Intuitive and easy to use app and extension
What do you like best about the product?
It's great, I use bitwarden everyday now .They have Password generator and ability to sort passwords in folders. Bitwarden is easy to set up and use. I have never used customer support because there is no need too.
What do you dislike about the product?
While having Face Id for mobile apps are great, it introduces a weak point for the security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making save zero-knowledge password, I only need to remember one master password

Offline Sync Improvements: Bitwarden allows offline access to passwords, but changes made offline are only synced when the device reconnects to the internet. This delay can cause temporary inconsistencies, especially for users who frequently switch between online and offline devices. Improving how offline sync is handled could solve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to store passwords and autofill them. It also keeps them all in one place.

Managing multiple passwords for various accounts can be overwhelming, leading to the reuse of weak or similar passwords across different sites, which increases security risks.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used many password managers before, each with their own unique features but could never really get along with them . After giving up and using Chrome's inbuilt password manager for a while I thought it was time to revisit this as Chrome is highly unsecure.
I initially checkout Bitwardens free plan which did the job of securing my passwords, having a broswer plugin and a mobile app. From more daily use and upgrading to the preimum plan (which is crazy cheap) there is no other password manager I'd use. I have even implemented this within my organization which is now used daily by all staff members.
The most useful feature will be the 2FA capabilities, being able to scan the MFA QR codes and have them avilable within my browser plugin rather than using my phone was such a pleasure. I can now see they have released a standalon version and their roadmap is looking very promising.
Highly recommended even if you jsut use the free plan to test it out.

I wouldn't really say this was a dislike but the option to add my credit card information etc is not really a plus for me, as much as this is great for password security my fianncial information will never be stored with a 3rd party app like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2FA codes. As we are a large company with multiple shared accounts across a range of apps (and yes before I get moaned at for sahred accounts some of the SaaS apps we use only allow one user account), with the ability for department members t oeasily access the passwords to authenticate and the 2FA codes it has made the process so much easier.

For sure it's an outstanding Password Manager with exceptional cloud vault security. It's an application that's very essential to us, as we get to manage important and sensitive information, discoveries and innovations. It's got safe storage, convenient cross-platform access and vault password management we can trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel its UI isn't friendly enough and actually some in our organization have shared navigation difficulties. It needs to improve on its auto-fill functionality too because similar apps have better. But bottom line for us is safe storage and security. Which is why we prefer it.

Bitwarden enables us to create unique, sharable passwords and password management for safe storage vaults with zero-knowledge features and end-to-end encryption. Ensuring our sensitive data is always protected, private and with controlled exposure. That is key for us. Because it brings about trust, confidence, accountability and secure collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the tool being super helpful and very easy to use, their support is absolutely incredible. The few times I needed help and reached out to their support, the speed at which they answer is wild and they followed up very timely. You can tell they have a lot of agents and care that their service is handled promptly and efficiently. They've never stirred me wrong and I can trust them when I need emergency help.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, all the features are easy to use and efficient or easy to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of my employees frequently forget their passwords so having Bitwarden saves me a lot of time with having to reset people's passwords all the time. The bitsend option is also super helpful to secure personal information like temporary passwords I need to send to users. The sharing of passwords with different team members via the group and the organization option is so helpful.
