Secure passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and run, affordable price for both small and large companies, no knowledge required, free trial to get familiar with the product, excellent value for money
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version is buggy, the technical support is not the best at giving answers and did not give me timely solutions

We needed a tool to manage and improve the company's cybersecurity, allowing us to store our passwords in one place, create passwords that meet security standards and reduce vulnerabilities and human error
Best and reliable password storage platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's really secured and reliable password storage platform that I've ever used. I would like to recommend to go with premium plan of it. It gives you more security features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less intuitive user interface compared to other password manager & Less straightforward management of custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allows to store all our passwords and also provide secured options to share password with team.
Easy from everywhere accessible
What do you like best about the product?
It was quite helpful to have all my Passwords saved at one place when I was studiing and had to log into my accounts at severals PCs. Also for pages you don't use often its verry helpful. I also did change all my passwords to a more secure one with the help if Bitwarden. This was quite easy and the old passwords are still archived in case something went wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when trying to enter a password, you have to search it because the Link doesn't fit exactly. This could be easier in the future.

Only have to remember one password

Bitwarden has great security. It keeps my passwords safe.
It works on all my devices, even as a browser add-on.
Being open source, everyone can see how it works. This builds trust.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sync speed can be slow. It's annoying when I need updated passwords fast.
More offline features would be nice. While some are there, I wish I could do more without the internet.
There are some minor browser extension bugs. Autofill doesn't always work perfectly.
It's missing some advanced features. While good on basics, it could use some extra options seen in other password managers.

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwatden is the strongest solution out of its composition for easy m ease if use and portability across most platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension closing when you click outside has cost me a password reset or two.

I needed something new. Bitwarden filled that gap.
What do you like best about the product?
The code of Bitwarden is fully available via GitHub and is worked on as a shared project meaning all changes can be securely studied and checked by the community and researchers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the design of Bitwarden is getting a little bit 'dated'. As a previous user of LastPass the only thing I miss is the nice design. Does it really matter? No. Of course not but it's all I can really think of at the price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden was an immediate replacement to my existing password manager. I use it only for password and secret management but decided to use a separate 2FA service for codes.
I benefit from using the service as it enables me to quickly generate, store and retrieve unique passwords for all of my services.

Relief over LastPass
What do you like best about the product?
It has a more secure platform. The icon on the Chrome Extension is always there to back me up if I forget my password. I also found it super easy to take my passwords from LastPass, and integrate it into Bitwarden. I thought it would be a nightmare, but not even close. I use Bitwarden every day whether or not I know it. I am certain that I would be out in the cold if I stop using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little challenging. It took me days trying to figure out how to use it. I did use support, but I fell short. Kept at it, and then the light went off. I couldn't find any videos that take you step by step to get going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have too many passwords, and surely I cannot keep up. I am very tired resetting my passwords. I now just look at the Chrome extension if necessary.

The constant innovation they are implementing to there software, every other week they seem to be moving to
Improve user experience as much as possible, they also have very fast response time when you have a simple question about there service as well as there always trying to take issues you've found and make better for the end user.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike really, there are some simple hiccups you can find in while using the extension or trying to solve SSO issue but with the fast response time for Bitwarden staff it makes it a lot easier to deal with these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping passwords that were stored poorly in a secure environment, without the threat of physically losing these passwords or having a breach, also solves how shared passwords are handled

I believe old layout (UI design), it is something i would change.
