Does what it says on the tin

What do you like best about the product?
Support has been amazing and helpful and whenever there is a stumbling block, the team have pulled out all the stops to attempt to try to solve the issue. For example, we had issues moving from LastPass to BitWarden, and there is an integration for enterprise that allows you to import from LastPass without having to export all the passwords as a CSV. This integration was not working correctly, however support kindly sent me a test build with extra debugging so that we could locate the issue. The comparison between LastPass and BitWarden is almost night and day. It would take 2 minutes for the LastPass vault to sync, and under 10 seconds for the same number of passwords to appear in BitWarden.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite having a feature called "BitWarden Send" it would be great if there was a way of sending external people passwords using a one-time expiry link as well instead of just files. Hopefully they can incorporate that in their next version. To be fair, coming from LastPass, they did not have this feature either, but it's the only dislike about BitWarden that I can think of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is an excellent password manager that has speedy load times, and allows us to share passwords with ease within our organisation. The collections means that we can apply permissions on the folders and provide access to the necessary passwors surfaced by the necessary folders. Other password managers that we have used in the past did not have this functionality. We also use Bitwarden using "Enterprise Login" which is a Azure Single Sign On enabled so that everything is protected and if a user leaves the organisation, we can easily control access.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to securely generate, store, and share passwords across multiple devices and browsers is incredibly convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside I've encountered is the occasional synchronization lag between devices. Sometimes, changes made on one device take a little longer to reflect on another. While not a deal-breaker, it can be slightly inconvenient during critical moments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Bitwarden, I struggled with scattered password management solutions, leading to inefficiencies and potential security risks.

Bitwarden is a easy to use, yet robust password manager

What do you like best about the product?
1st: I appreciate the ability to use bitwarden with all of my devices securely.
2nd: The features are rich and the ability to restrict access to collections is managable and intuitive.
3rd: Enforcing policies and deployment is a snap. You can have a fully robust deployment ready in minutes.
4th: Importing old password databases or files is easy to do. I was able to import KeyPass, OnePass, and CSV files without more than a minutes worth of data manipulation.
5th: When I had an issue enrolling a user customer support replied in less than 30 minutes and had an answer for me after only 2 replies...which I must say is a rarity these days.
6th: I now use this for everything. Thousands of passwords, notes, records and secure sending of files. It has become one of my most used tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
1st: API integration documentation needs serious work. Specifically, use cases and examples would be helpful. Document, Document, Document.
2nd: The management of folders vs collections is not immediately clear, especially in the thick client.
3rd: Auto creation of new login passwords does not name records in an intuitive way. I find myself not using that capability as a result.
4th: Cloud integration to AWS, Google Cloud Compute, and Azure would be a plus. Specifically their Secrets management, either in a multi-master methodology or as means to deploy to said services and/or back them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have thousands of passwords that I must manage for multiple clients (and myself). Being able to centrally manage this is crucial.

Great Password Management

What do you like best about the product?
My team uses Bitwarden daily to share passwords for our internal infrastructure. We can securely collaborate on devices and systems that don't allow individual logins. Another feature we routinely use is shared notes for sensitive configuration items. Administration is a breeze, we can get the reporting on who accesses which passwords. We are able to ensure best practices (MFA/ strong passwords) are used across our user base, increasing security.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area that could use help is updating passwords; on a few occasions, I've lost a change to a password by clicking out of a browser window without first pressing save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helps ensure that all users can implement strong, unique passwords across a variety of accounts.
