What do you like best about the product?
I love the Chrome extension because it allows me to get information on companies and prospects with the click of a button. I use this every day multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the contact information on people were more complete. I also find that a lot of smaller companies, which are part of our target market, are not in ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS helps me access contact information on prospects quickly. It also gives me information on the company regarding revenue and employee counts, which is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo and Engage. ZoomInfo helps me dial leads based off of my focus and helps me cut down on time and transfers right into Engage which I use as a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not seeing many if any downsides. Every once in a while I run into a contact that is incorrect, but that can be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me efficiently find the correct lead to help me cut down on time.

Great Sales Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and quick I can find information on a company and its key contacts that otherwise would take me many hours to find, through many unnessesary cold calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Public Sector Information doesnt allways pull the information from the website of a school that will have the correct contact person, sometimes contacts are out dated but reporting this is easy and fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales OS is saving me large amout of time spent researching my customers, whether its finding the correct contact, contact information, latest news/ Scoops helping me seem like a very well informed Sales Rep.

My Go-To for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is my go-to as a sales development rep. It is helpful in finding accounts with high intent and finding the correct prospects to reach out to as well as their contact info. I use it daily to better target the correct accounts and prospects!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I do not like about ZoomInfo and have been using it for over a year now at two seperate organizations as part of my day-to-day prospecting efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has been solving the problem of which accounts to target through buyer intent data. It also helps solve the problem of digging for account info for email personalization and email verification.

What do you like best about the product?
Prospecting companies and contacts saves a lot of time using ZoomInfo SalesOS tools. Their database it's really great and has helped us to grow our leads in terms of our industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Companies revenue information is not aqurate and it's kind of a downside when seraching for a specific type of prospects. Also, contacts are not updated, have to double-look on linkedin most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us identify employees and positions inside an organization (most of the time), but we always have to double check on linkedin or other platforms as some information is not updated.

What do you like best about the product?
The database of insights and purchasing intent data is updated, which means, companies and contact information are there! You have to try sales engagement and data orchestration, which helps to engage faster and easier, so it means more leads, more opportunities, more converted opportunities, and more revenue!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile user support is not so well with iPhone, and I think there's an opportunity that can be worked, as most of us sellers and users are using iOS, so the experience is poor and limited in updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we don't have the customer details such as updated email, mobile number, or even insights that definitely can help us to reach the customer faster and easier, and know what they are looking for based on Technology.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used plenty of solutions similar to Zoominfo, but none compare to ZoomInfo when it comes to accurate data. This has been the most helpful platform i've ever used! I highly recommend this to any outbound sales leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed is a thing with ZoomInfo. The platform is amazing and accurate, however it is not the fastest platform available when it comes to bridging the gap to Salesforce. It is the only flaw I see with ZI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find up to date information on the persona and business leaders that I am attempting to connect with. I also gain alot of helpful information at the account level, ZI provides great information and updates on accounts that help me understand the current status of the business when making calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get so deeply specific and prescriptive on the advanced search feature in order to create ideal lists for lead sourcing.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times some of the data can be inaccurate and typically will need to verify on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to efficiently and strategically gather a list of ICP leads in order to efficiently outbound for leads.

Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo, it has been a complete game changer. Instead of trying to use google or linkedin to find people to call on, with ZoomInfo I can search a company for the perfect contact that I need. I can sort them by state, area, job title, etc.. I can choose to see only contacts that have cell phones, business emails and direct lines. I can import my contacts directly into my CRM system so that I can start prospecting right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides is the cost. This is an expensive tool, but it has helped us bring in business that we wouldn't have had otherwise. The customer service/support is a little on the slow side and they don't always respond. When I have called (twice) the support team seams to be in a different country where English is not their first language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing me with contact information. The information that I need saves me countless hours trying to call and find the right person. Having a solution like this is a game changer. Talking to the right contacts and being able to call their cell phones directly has greatly increased our contact rate.
