What do you like best about the product?
I get so much visibility into find the right prospect at the right level in the right company - instead of beating around the bush and spending too much time on Linkedin & Google. More time to actually sell!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so robust that it makes it hard to utilize all of the tools - I can't fight the feeling that there's an easier/better way to do things. But even so, there's a place to find help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prospectign issue of not being able to get in touch with the person I need to at a company. Or the team of people for that matter.

Best contact database

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo because it's a great hub and database for companies' contacts in different industries and it's pretty great when you're looking for any leads for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their annual subscription pricing is extremely high and I also don't like their new interface I think it's not functional and very confusing compared to the old one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to ZoomInfo SalesOs I am able to pull out any leads and look for a specific person in a position within a company and then this contact comes normally with their email address and phone number.

Best tool for Account management and lead generation

What do you like best about the product?
Verified email and Contact number is most useful for me.
Account level insight is superb it help to reach at right time and right prospect.
Integration with Salesforce an added feature, I can track my sales pipeline and revenue cycle.
Google Chrome extension makes it very easy to extract data.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it's a perfect tool, I like all the features and filters. I have overachieved my sales target because of this tool only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My profile is to do account based marketing for that I require account insights and trending account details. So I can Target right buyer audience.

Essential, Reliable and friendly-user type of tool for searching your client

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the contact information of the customer. It's supplementary and business email, their office and mobile number and even the job position and their business address.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not 100% reliable but most of them are accurate only if you know how to assess which ones are good to be your contact. It's not that hard to find one but if the account is outdated, that's a different story.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of my contacts in specific company don't have their emails or they don't answer through their HQ number so I get their mobile and business email for a faster transaction.

Nearly every aspect of this tool, be it Account Insights, Lead Generation, Data Mining, Marketing, Extensions, or Integration, is impressive, with the added benefit of exceptional data accuracy.

I haven't encountered anything to dislike so far; everything has been positive from my perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo, I've been able to obtain the contact information of hundreds of prospects I wanted to target. Its format for providing an overview of the company allows you to obtain a lot of information about the company within seconds, with enough information to form an impression of the company you're trying to sell to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's sometimes frustrating not to have the correct email of the prospect because it disrupts the CRM sequence. update the business email info more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the Right Prospects, Accurate Contact Information, Efficient Lead Generation, Enhancing Personalization, Seamless Integration and Improved Sales Efficiency

It started well, now data quality is getting poor day by day

What do you like best about the product?
Best part for me was Data Quality and verified email, however it's not same thing now. Lead update is no more relevant reason if somebody switched job 3-4 month back and it's updated on LinkedIn still on Zoominfo it shows old company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service team is the worst.
I don't know which AI features they are using now data is getting dumb.
Price increase quality down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are almost near to our contact renewal and definitely we are not going to continue with Zoominfo.
