Great way of finding interested prospect
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize your search from industry to employees number, position, location and more
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is not up to date (Employees are no longer with the company)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in front of new prospects showing some interest in my product, and engaging with them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to find contacts to go to market to and upload it to SalesForce in a very easy manner.

helps me find the contact info necessary to have a better chance of reaching customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Noticed some profiles don't match with LinkedIn pages linked to those, and it can be annoying how often you get logged off during the day if you don't use it for some time. Also, sometimes some info isn't up to date in terms of the HQ number would belong to the organization the individual worked previously at
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me find the necessary contact information of potential customers and see if they're still even working at a certain place. Also helps me find other contacts to reach out to if the one I need is being unresponsive or isn't at that organization anymore.

Basically, Zoominfo is not solving any problem and it is making our email domain to get flag by Google
Good for Business Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like and we adquired Zoominfo sales because we thought it world be a great program to look for business leads and integrate it with our CRM and it definitely was!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like about the program that if you want to download a list of more than 100 contacts then you have to use the bulk up credits and it charges you for every contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use zoom info in my team for many business things but the main thing is to look for the business leads contacts in our industry and then give them a follow up on our CRM
Zoominfo is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo ease of use has enabled us to optimizing out time invested on lead sourcing. Most companies profile on the platform are up to date and have information relevant to our insdustry.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside of using is the accuracy of the data. Even when the contact info accuracy has been filtered to the highest setting, sometimes, contact information is not accurate which can lead to high bounce rate in our email marketing efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accesibility. Zoominfo if the one-pit- stop to finding data relevant to our business, as well as keeping up to date with marketing trends and updates. It's a great tool to conduct market research.

What do you like best about the product?
I like easily sorting companies and contacts based on our ICP , using the public tags to share with colleagues and easily being able to find certain job titles at different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the information could be outdated or inaccurate. I've noticed I will go to call someone and it will be the wrong phone number- i'm not sure theres a way to combat this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving trying to get into contact with individuals through LinkedIn, I can easily call them to get in touch. It also solves the searching categories- we can see what companies are searching for our services!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been very helpful in researching and identifying the correct contacts to reach out to from an organization! I use it often for outreach and prospecting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more information surrounding an organization's overview metrics, such as patient population, number of physicians/beds, and associated payers was available via ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me identify individuals who would be most helpful to contact when prospecting various organizations/health systems. It closes the gap of missing contact information for me.

I love being able to find information about contacts that I wouldn't be able to otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contacts no longer work at the establishments, so having it updated more often would be better.

It helps me see insights about companies and how to better sell to them.
Great for US contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing database of contacts (profiles, names, job titles, emails, phone numbers...) + very useful extra features (track website visitors, new users of specific products,...)
What do you dislike about the product?
Huge amount of leads in North America, much less in other parts of the world

Build prospect lists for my SDRs and find out all the the closest companies (and contacts within these companies) in our ICPs in a few seconds
