Great help for prospecting accounts
What do you like best about the product?
It help us get the contact and company information for our prospects, specifically the one for that we don't have any company or contact information. It proves as a great help in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback of this ZoomInfo is that it gives us information that is outdated; people listed in the contact information either left the company or never even worked at the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, it is a great help in prospecting the accounts that we have been assigned as an account executives, so we don't go blank when we contact the prospects
Zoom info is good specially for business

Info they provide is helpful to get in contact with customer

Sometimes info is not correct or it is old

It is getting better and specially if they AI

I love that I can find the titles, emails and executives of my target accounts to prospect and to solicit requests for a meeting. I couldn't do my job without it.

Sometimes the info is outdated, and the contact information either has the wrong number or email or doesn't work there anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to find the right contacts to target and allows me to easily transfer them into Salesforce and to put in my campaigns to try and schedule meetings.

Sometimes unusual lags and it would be great if DUNS number is incorporated with the given information.

It helps to get in touch with the right person from the agency or organization, which can help us make our prospects into customers. In addition, while prospecting for a specific sales vertical, this tool helps me get desired info and sort down the list of required businesses, which can be later added to the list of our potential customers.

Goldmine of Insight
What do you like best about the product?
The business scoops compiles insight in one spot that's otherwise challenging or time intensive to mine on my own. I was impressed that it noted an M&A for one of my target accounts that I wasn't able to find on their website or in the news.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more specific details on who at a company is informing their insights. For example, it will tell you when a c-level member is researching your company, but I'd like to know specifically WHO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me thoroughly research my prospects and gives me ammo to personalize my sales outreach with. The more specific I can be to an account and what's relevant to them, the more effective I am as a Sales professional.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has allowed me and my team to reduce bounced emails. We especially appreciate the user interface and its integrations with Linkedin, Outreach, and Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team will try to cross-sell you on other products. ZoomInfo is trying to build its brand into more than sales data. Be aware that the packages you pay for will come with other capabilities.

We were trying to reduce our bounced email rate and find contacts in relatively niche markets. ZoomInfo was able to help us find niche prospects with its filters.

What do you like best about the product?
The coverage of data is unmatched. Whether it's account-level information that I'm seeking, or contact-level information, with ZoomInfo SalesOS, I know I'm armed with what I need to conduct a successful call or meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is that I have often found that the contact data is outdated. If ZoomInfo can improve the frequency of their contact data refresh, they would be even stronger than they already are in the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem that ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving for me is data enrichment. Before the software, we had glaring gaps in data on our target market. We now have a pretty clear picture.
Large database of up to date contacts
What do you like best about the product?
The information within the website is up to date for the majority of the contacts. Also we can easily export a list of contact to be uploaded to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software isn't the most intuitive, and it takes some getting used to

I can find information in a much quicker manner than before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to find the correct individual I am looking for and all their contact info (especially since some phone operators are hesitatnt to give that out).
What do you dislike about the product?
One major downside I have been experiencing is outages from the site, usually once a week where I am unable to use Zoominfo in any capacity which makes my job very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me find the correct person in the correct position at prospected companies and increasing the amount of time I spend calling prospects instead of researching them.
