One Stop Shop for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that everything is in one place. I can easily find company data, company insights, people who work at the company and then very quickly import them to my salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything really. My only hiccup is sometimes the data is incorrect but they make it super simple to open a ticket to dispute info and usually resolve within 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a single source of truth for all of my company and prospect data. Before Zoominfo we had multiple tools and now everything is consolidated under one umbrella.
Splendid Software
What do you like best about the product?
The categorisation of people's info for a company is what I found really interesting. As I deal in sales, I have to find a new point of contact for my prospect accounts, and this software has been a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not always accurate and sometimes a bit outdated. I would have liked it better if the account detals and contact information was updated weekly or daily, that would help attract more users on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in sales, so a big part of my job is prospecting for new clients and finding new points of contact to talk to to get my foot in the door. This software is helping our whole sales department to get their foot in the door with new clients.

Frequently refreshed database of insights, intelligence and purchasing.

Its reviews come so late should be more frequent

inaccurate and incomplete B2B data solutions.
SalesOS has been my all in one tool for creating targeted prospecting lists
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about SalesOS is that you can quickly learn everything about the companies you are targeting. You can identify the best people to contact, see the track of whether they are adding people or laying people off, see what solutions they are using in their technology stack, and if there are upcoming opportunities that are a fit for your products and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like the least is sometimes the contact person search is a little wieldy. If your initial search does not turn up the person you are looking for, you have to go through a lot of information to try and find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesOS allows me to identify companies within the industries that we have the most success with and the best people to reach out to and make introductions. From there, we are able to narrow it down to companies within the revenue size we do well with that have the technology stacks we provide products and services for.
Prospecting isn't easy - ZoomInfo makes it easier!
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive and easy-to-use ZoomInfo has made it to prospect potential customers and companies. The organization tree is critical because when you are multithreading, it helps to know where prospects stand within the company hierarchy and how your solution might benefit them.
I highly recommend using the Intent and Scoop features. They have been pivotal in my success as a BDR. Being able to address concerns, projects, and company happenings helps to be personal and shows you've done some homework.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of revenue filter feature in Similar Companies search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has solved how to prospect as a whole. From the time it takes to source the prospect's contact information to whether or not they are still working there with the quick LinkedIn button. Need a personal touch? There is a Facebook button as well. Lastly, News and Insight into the company. You can take notes from the highlights featured on the Overview page or dive deeper by following the link.

Quick easy access to target contacts email and phone numbers. Also - Engage makes it easy to operationalize the data

Partially joking I say "there are too many buttons to press". it is somewhat overwrought and sometimes too complex to use easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding target prospects; it is very effective for this purpose

I love that the data is human-verified. In addition, I love buyer intent and the availability to find who is looking for you before you are looking for this.

ZoomInfo solves my pain around identifying and gathering contact information for new prospects.

Easy to navigate, a large selection of emails and numbers, and a chrome extension that works with LinkedIn

The website seems to have more emails and telephone numbers. It would be best if you can sort the formers and currents of a company and see the dates they worked in the company of interest

Not being able to see dates that employees worked for certain companies, you need to click in to LinkedIn

The analytics of which features I utilize most, the follow up emails and having a paper trail to reference afterwards!

Nothing! Not at all. I love it. There is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording conversations and making sure I'm able to follow up on the action items and remind my clients of what they said too.
Good for prospecting and insights, occasionally lacks up to date and full contact information
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for 10+ years from originally a personal production standpoint and for the past 8 years from helping train my Sales & Recruitment teams on how to prospect and grow their accounts. Since the acquisition/merger by DiscoverOrg, I've found ZoomInfo to be very resourceful with some of the new search parameters, intent signals, news, etc. which outweighs some of the competitors that I've shopped and tested.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue I've run into over the years, and a problem that seems to grow more and more is the inaccurate data- i.e. employees that are no longer at the organization, missing contact information, or sometimes listing a personal cell as a business phone (which can lead to upset or irritated prospects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems ZoomInfo helps us solve is when determining which new organizations and contacts we want to prospect, but also which contacts to target when mushrooming our active/current accounts. Additionally, ZoomInfo is helpful with giving us the intent/buying signals and recent news articles or changes to employees (recent employees who left or joined) at the organization.
