Detailed information about the companies I am researching and comprehensive corporate analytics.

Sometimes some of the information is not up to date.

By finding the right person to speak to to help drive my sales revenue

Still bugs, inaccurate or dated info especially for companies with similar names, integration with hubspot fails constantly (contact exportation).

What do you like best about the product?
The intent signals create a terrific warm lead for my sales teams to engage with a facility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is not as accurate as I thought it would be. Contacts within the account are incorrect. I also had a very challenging onboarding experience. But once you work through the issues, you are off to the races.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue on where to target the efforts for my team. You can see intent signals that add up to a great opportunity. While in the area serving that facility you can circle the area to target other accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having target business's employee contact info readily available at my fingertips. It's quick and easy to get phone numbers and business emails for any prospect!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints. The information is typically correct and reliable, however every now and again the information is not which can be inconvenient. All in all, pretty accurate though!

It's solving the problems of having insufficient or inaccurate contact information for prospecting and a lack of buying intent. It empowers you with the tools to prospect efficiently and strategically!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo is the ability to search top accounts and review roles and individuals of interest to boost visibility to the organization. This helps make my call outreach more broad and specific to the individual and their role.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the information posted on the database does not appear to be the most up to date. Furthermore, there are instances when looking up the company of interest does not have the proper organizational chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to find publicly available organizational hierarchy chains, and ZoomInfo consolidates all this information in a seamless platform. This helps me reach additional contacts to hit my targets.
Very helpful platform but not always reliable
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives you easy access to hundreds of thousands of companies and contacts by simply setting up filters that fit your search criteria. The platform, for the most part, is pretty intuitive. They have great features such as WebSights, Intent signals and G2 integration - these are the ones I use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information is not always accurate. Understandably, there are hundreds of thousands of accounts and contacts so it's difficult to maintain the data validated. It seems like they rely heavily on users to submit changes. Not sure how often ZI refresher their data, but I've found contacts that are 5+ years of out date. Other major qualm is the tagging system - tags can only be applied by the user who created it. They can be used by the team to be applied as a filter, but there's no way to continue adding the tag to more contacts/companies, unless you're the person to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are providing my team with necessary leads needed to make our day to day that much easier. WebSights in particular gives us a view of exactly which of our landing pages are resonating with our visitors.
Tons of important info, but slow
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoominfo is the information on prospects it provides. I really like how you can find out where every location of a company is, the phone numbers and emails of prospects, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I dislike the most is sometimes ZoomInfo can run really slowly. I feel like it takes more time out of my day to do prospecting sometimes because of how slow it is responding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of filling your account book only halfway. Sometimes you'd have prospects in my account book with no last name, or no work email listed, or only the company line to phone. Zoom info helps solve this problem by filling in all those holes.
Great accuracy and update for the information which provides a perfect advantage for prospecting

Maybe the auto-generated data on the LinkedIn profile should be verified and get updated to the lists

How quickly I can access information about potential clients, and their contact information.

Sometimes the information is dated but usually the older phone number still connects me to someone who forwards me to the right person
