Best tool for searching employees
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is beneficial as I am in the sales department and I want to search people's number and email, so I use this tool. It is one of the best there is, and it is straightforward to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is at times outdated and at some times when I ask the gatekeeper about the person they tell me that the person has left 5 years ago or at times the person is even dead so thats embarassing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People information has come to fingertips as otherwise it would be very hard to find and it is saving us a lot of time and now we can just focus on sales rather than searching for people
ZI is great for prospecting with confidence
What do you like best about the product?
ZI is great for quickly connecting to target prospects and also identifying who to contact within the organization. Having multiple touches across an account with key stakeholders and decision makers starts with identifying the account, getting the right contact info, and then being productive with calls and emails. Since the data is highly accurate, using ZI is very beneficial and brings confidence in prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building upon the integration capabilities would make it even more powerful. I find it's best to combine the power of accurate info across an account with an easy to use CRM platform and improving on the integration would help take things from market, sales, and customer service with easy all with correct data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI helps to bring accurate data where inbound may not bring the data. For example, if a marketer is interested in quality leads and downloads the form, I can now leverage ZI to call other leaders within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Intents for planning & timing my marketing outreach, and the company hierarchy for proliferating my CRM with the newest position changes in a highly transient market
What do you dislike about the product?
Worrying about credit usage and some internal reps not being good stewards of the info they import/ duplicate in my CRM- hopefully this is fixed with HubSpot integration and the ability to use existing in CRM as a filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my targets as they move positions in a transient market, and the intent signals not only help me track to stay ahead for my competitors but my market segments as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Thing i like the most about zoom info is that we dont need to run here and there with just one click we get all the details of the employees working in organization with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
only one thing about zoom info which i dont like is that the info requested is outdated some times and then we have to go through alot of trouble gathering all the correct info

prospecting requires information and this is the best way to get all the required information only with one click, this is helping me and my colleagues aswell. thanks for zoom info

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool to verify contacts. To pull out contact information easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is not updated. Cannot find all contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to find the right point of contact. Gives all information to contact the right person.
Easy wins with even easier prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo is the amount of time I save prospecting new leads, and then quick CRM uploads with just a click of the button. The integration tools make it that much more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike, but I would say that the extent of some of the filtering can be overwhelming at times. Due to that, I only use the filters I'm most comfortable with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving my issue of being able to find the "impossible contacts" that I'm unable to find anywhere else on the internet. It also saves the problem of wasted time.
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been instrumental in my prospecting and would recommend to any sales rep
What do you like best about the product?
Can't find an email or phone number? I search no further than ZoomInfo! I also find technologies prospect use and have used in the past. When I need to saturate an account I find more contacts here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I dislike to this point. Every now and again there may be old data but those instances are few and far between. ZoomInfo is my go-to for account enrichment and prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps dramatically with account enrichment, prospecting, finding contact info, number of employees and revenue. The data is clearly and concisely presented.

Zoominfo integrates perfectly with LinkedIn Nav to form a complete prospecting tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX for the plug-in is not ideal, I want there to be a smaller option

The amount of information that is provided is probably the most valuable to me in this current role.

The fact that it logs you out after 60 seconds it seems like.
