Zoom Info makes finding the decision maker easy
What do you like best about the product?
I sell Promotional Products. Kevins Worldwide is a leader in the promotional products space.
It is a very competitive industry. While there are millions of potential clients, there are 20,000 companies that do what we do. It's interesting; almost EVERY company in the United States has a logo and purchases logoed products. The pool is plentiful. The challenge is finding the right person responsible for buying our category, especially in larger companies. With ZI, you can enter criteria that specify the company's size, employees, revenue, location etc. From there, you can ask for department heads, Org charts, and correlating emails and phone numbers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how the product works, where to go to enter criteria for reports, and how to manipulate the results took a little time. It is not rocket science; it was just a little effort and a couple of focused days. It was not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, our problem is getting to the right person inside an organization that purchases our catagory. ZI also has statistics on each company, IE how many employees, what the revenue is etc., which helps us when establishing priorities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of SalesOs, exporting contacts with the push of a button. I love the amount of filters you can use on the advanced search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be compatible with all CRM systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us connect to the right people. Getting the most accurate information and allowing us to track email and outbound sales calls.

The most helpful thing about zoominfo is the information I can gather right before i head into a call. I have a lot of accounts and it helps jog my memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that some of the information like contacts is dated and no longer relevant

I have a lot of accounts in the small business space that change rapidly. i use zoom info to stay up to date on my customers
Great For Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Finding Leads to call and email. Setting up pre recorded VM's and emails to be triggered to send all on there own. Saves me time with organizing and prospecting to find new companies to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes page refreshes a lot. Tags can be tricky, sometimes, they don't all populate, and then you refresh, and they are there. Refresh again, and they are not. Not for me but as a teammate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everytime I call Zoominfo they pick up and resolve my issue right away.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the information I need about any contact or company. I can find it in one place. Be it Social media links, and recent news and financials and even direct dials and emails which is rated on a score of 0-99.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and the speed can be improved a bit. The search result when filters applied takes some time to load and feels a bit laggy. Issues like that have made me procrastinate the search and move on to another task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me find the right people in no time as compared to LinkedIn. And also their direct contact info that is readily available to be exported as per the requirements.

it gives the companies insight and it helps me to converting my prospects into customers
lots of info to enable warm conversations with prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
websights is my favourite part of the tool, helps me find warm leads daily. On top of that, the specifics which enable me to find the right prospects i can toggle my search with is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many dislikes, but lately I have been noticing the tool being significantly slower then usually for loading info. We have been asking for remedies and haven't quite received the help we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
shortening sales cycles by finding the right people/decision makers in much shorter time frames. Knowing all who are involved even before an opportunity is created has huge benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the platform that helps us get the required information to achieve our goals. I like using ZoomInfo as it has everything I ever required. I will recommend it to my colleagues working in other departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes the ZoomInfo report that is generated is not accurate. Compared to its competitors, they are reliable, but once in a blue moon, it happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly, the issue as an Account Manager face from my customers is that they are no longer working for that company or have retired. This is what ZoomInfo report solved that I already knew before reaching them, and it helps build relationships.
Saves me time and gets me in a position to qualify leads.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the LinkedIn integration feature. Along with the contact's email, number, and mobile number, I can conveniently click on their LinkedIn to engage there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the Intent feature to not be as accurate as portrayed. At times the signal score is high but when I call into that company, I find that they are not looking at what the intent signal was for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is disconnection from my leads. ZoomInfo allows me to get accurate contact information and lets me know if that company has been on our company's website which allows me to know how to pitch myself to a prospect.
Time well spent
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have very targeted prospecting, and the ability to push that prospect info directly into Salesforce, and start my communication. The best part is that everything is in one place, and I can use Scoops to quickly gather insights to help me better relate with the people I am talking to.
Find targeted prospects, gather (accurate) data about them and quickly turn that information over to cadence is incredibly helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is old, or incorrect. Also, if a company is very young, they may not exist in Zoominfo and sometimes Zoominfo will recommend information that is not true to the opportunity. From my experience, that is often not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the time sink related to prospecting. I assign what intent signals I want to target, and turn on the engine. I get back the exact prospect profile I was targeting, and Zoominfo does all of the data scrubbing and pre-qual for me.
