Tons of important info, but slow
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoominfo is the information on prospects it provides. I really like how you can find out where every location of a company is, the phone numbers and emails of prospects, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I dislike the most is sometimes ZoomInfo can run really slowly. I feel like it takes more time out of my day to do prospecting sometimes because of how slow it is responding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of filling your account book only halfway. Sometimes you'd have prospects in my account book with no last name, or no work email listed, or only the company line to phone. Zoom info helps solve this problem by filling in all those holes.
Great accuracy and update for the information which provides a perfect advantage for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can access information about potential clients, and their contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is dated but usually the older phone number still connects me to someone who forwards me to the right person

Finding the correct phone number for clients and getting past the extension portion

Effectively speed of building a list of 10000 prospects get way faster after using zoominfo

Data os not accurate! Needs updating on a more regular basis. Often Wrong data

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to find company data and tech stack info to make better prospecting cadences. This saves me time and increases my conversion rate on my outreach.

No downside that I can tell. Sometimes logging in can be slow when signing in with google, but other than that, no issues!

What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo has been crucial to better quality prospecting at our business. It's easy to use, gives great information and is vital for anyone in a sales/commercial role.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little frustrating that most contacts are set to USA first and you have to filter to get to the UK, but this is a minor point. Keep doing what you're doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo lets us get a better understanding of internal relationships and what stakeholders may be involved with purchasing our solution. It also allows us to more effectively prospect.

The endless data on companies relevant to you/ all in general. Perfect for prospecting in my SDR role

The search engine sometimes glitches out/when on advanced search it can feel clunky

Solves my prospecting issues massively. Zoom info enables me to find the correct people to contact within the company (HSE for me)
Great tool to obtain contact information, but could be improved in Europe

It is extremely practical - 1 click and you can see the contact's phone number and email adress, when those are listed. The SalesForce integration helps a lot too.

For a lot of contacts in Europe, no direct phone number or mobile phone number is available. Sometimes, there is even no email adress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me reach out to new contacts I made through prospecting thanks to additional channels (Phone and email) and helps me gain time by importing contacts to SalesForce directly
