Enhancing Business Development Strategies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find or locate anyone over the internet, along with the coordinates, is something I like the most. This helps my team and me have a very centric and focused approach to our sales strategy outreach. Also with the visibility to have a look on what kind of customers are looking or doing a POC for our similar solutions reduces the TAT
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things that I think need to be improved. Primarily the information on small organizations is sometimes not very accurate. Followed by organizational chart which is missing for bigger companies. Often the tech stack that is mentioned turns out to be false or some misfit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is helping us to set our sales outreach strategy at the first place where the team becomes very centric and focussed from the data outcome from this tool. The value add feature is where you get to know and understand the user persona of their behavior towards buying a particular service or a solution. The TAT and false positive reduces, and the funnel and the cycle along with the team become more productive and focussed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the google chrome extension for zoominfo. It makes it super easy for on any page I can easily look up information about the company. I also love all the tabs to see different aspects of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is inaccurate. For example the revenue. I have also had some issues with zoominfo and importing contact data into our crm (salesforce) and having names and job titles being different than what was on linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps me find a prospect's email address and phone number that sometimes wouldn't normally be public information on their linkedin profile. I'm able to contact the prospect with little to no effort

Gathering all of the leads and importing it into Salesforce and outreach

The only thing I dislike is not being able timo put the cell number into outreach I have to manually add it in.

It's helping me book meeting through cold calls and sending off emails to potential prospects/customers

It can be overwhelming and you can fall into a rabbit hole unless you know exactly what you are looking for.

Zoom helps us be more efficient with prospecting. It's an invaluable resource for contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is when the contact information is out of date, but this is definitely the exception.

Zoominfo helps us get right to the decision-makers and influencers so we can have meaningful and impactful strategic conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the extension so it works well alongside other resources I use--my work is that much more efficient. Also love how easy it is to creat lists and LOVE WebSights!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really experienced any downsides. Sometimes the person's company/info hasn't updated when they've moved organizations but it's not something that's impeded my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me get real contact information. I prospect into a lot of companies that we have never prospected into before so I have no contact information. SalesOS enables me to actually be able to reach out to prospects and actually have the opportunity to create awareness, have opportunities and SELL and do my job and get paid. And who doesn't want to get paid?

The most helpful aspect is being able to be looped into deals without needing to do a lot of background research on the individuals involved. I can easily see who I'll be talking to, as well as other personas we should try and loop in

Sometimes the data isn't as up-to-date as it could be, but for the most part, it is... but sometimes roles are from past jobs and/or it lists a previous company instead of current

Going into meetings with my account executives blind, I love being able to have as much context about who I'm meeting in advance (person and company wise)
It's a one stop shop database with millions of businesses to find the ideal POC's.

Zoom info Sales OS is the most powerful database we use in our company. Helps find the right contact with their roles and responsibilities. Gives us the info such as email address & contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system gets slow and it crashes. Title section area needs to be looked as few titles are not updated yet if we search them on LinkedIn. But that happens very less

Helping me in my prospecting and penetrating into different companies. Getting direct phone numbers of top professionals. Helping to increase conversion rate and higher returns.
