What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the launchpad for effective networking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think of anything, honestly. Customer service has always been responsive to our needs.

Connecting with the correct people, in an efficient manner.
Making Lead Gen Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reach the right point of contact within a company instead of calling the generic office number/gatekeeper. Keeping our CRM info accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. We use Sales Pro+ and it meets all of our needs. there are certain times when information is missing but any time this happens we do notify zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it takes to reach the correct point of contact when doing cold calls. Instead of calling the office or company number calling the right point of contact directly saves a lot of time and makes the process more effective.
ZoomInfo is robust, with very good data quality, but I can't recommend it because it is so slow.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has good data quality. While it's not perfect (I don't think any SEP is), it has the highest overall percentage of correct email addresses compared to any other SEP I've used, at about 84% accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is unbearably slow and clunky. Nothing can be opened in an independent tab. Company URLs open up in a ZoomInfo passthrough tracking link, which slows it down further. Making any kind of mistake and going back to fix it requires more load times.
I'm on a computer with 16GB of RAM, which isn't a lot, but it should be plenty for a web app, even if I am using Google Chrome.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the problem of sales data enrichment; sometimes, I don't know the email addresses of high-value prospects, so I need tools like this to get that information. It has a solid exporting system and syncs with my CRM well.
Best Sales Intelligence Tool in the Business!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's accurate company and employee data is the best I have ever used. Their Intent feature is also a game-changer, along with their SalesForce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation is a bit quirky, but it's not too difficult to work through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the most significant problem all salespeople deal with: Finding the right person to speak with and their contact info. I came up in sales when finding that information took up hours and hours of my time. Now it's available at the click of a mouse.

Zi really has the best contact data. Additionally the website has fantastic UX, very simple and easy to use

ZI chrome extension can be buggy - sometimes have to close out screen and then it works after doing that

In order to prospect cold accounts, you need a way to reach out to them... Without ZI I cant do that

I often have old salesforce clients that I get the undeliverable email back, so then I use zoominfo and find out who replaced them and reach out. It is a great tool!

Nothing, I like it all, I like it all! Nothing is perfect, but this is pretty darn close and you get so much information and emails and phone numbers. This is great!

Linkedin Sales navigator does not give you the persons email and phone and all that. Zoominfo is an easy way to access all I need and it solves so many problems for me!

Ability to find accurate data on diverse job titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is expensive. For small teams it is unfeasible

ZI has helped me hit my number
What do you like best about the product?
It has been an incredbly useful for my day-to-day life as a BDR for two years. Then the past 3 years as an AE... the ability to pull multiple contacts in SF has been crucial for me when it comes to prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I do not like with ZI. Sometimes it can be a bit slow, but that is because I pull in many contacts at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are solved are importing contacts and finding contact info much easier. This is such an easy tool to use when it comes to finding emails and numbers of people that influence deals.

Zoom info helps me close out new business by providing accurate information and phone numbers. I love this thing!

There is nothing to dislike about this program.

When I am struggling to find an email or phone number ZoomInfo is always there for the win!

I love being able to view insights and scoops from different companies, makes it very easy to reach out to the right contacts at the right companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the extension can be buggy sometimes.

It is easy to see where people are spending their time researching relevant solutions, and makes it easier to reach out to someone in a timely way.
