The going back feature doesn't take you back to the previous page but to all the previous contacta

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes it easy to add multiple prospects to a sequence in one go. It has saved me an incredible amount of time in my day to day workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The titles of employees are slow to update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo replaced several software systems in our work flow and makes it easier to prospect in one place

What do you like best about the product?
From a user experience standpoint, easy to use and doesn't require much training. Intuitive when users can easily select filters and explore many options with trial and error. Also, if integrated with CRM exporting contacts and syncing is pretty simple! Great support staff if any issues raised.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the technologies used by companies are not updated. Also, for Bulk sync of contacts, it would be helpful if accounts were mapped for the organization and didn't need every user to map them

Contacts and company information is easily available

What do you like best about the product?
The information in ZoomInfo is valuable and helps me contact the correct prospects. I genuinely would not be able to do my job without the help of this platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to log in on average five times per day from various different spots where I use ZoomInfo. It would be a lot better if I didn't have to do this and if the 'Remember Me' button worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the problem of finding people's information. I can connect with people through LinkedIn, but sometimes nothing is as good as a phone call or a personalized email.

Fantastic enriching tool for Sales!

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is fantastic for performing Sales outreach. Prospect meetings skyrocketed once we started using this solution in our daily workflows. Something I could never go back from using!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can sometimes be a bit buggy, specifically the Google Chrome extension. Sometimes, it will fail to load or you have to refresh the website a few times. However, I will say they are always quick to fix problems like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to enrich sales and marketing outreach with more prospect information. This makes it easy to perform outreach and ultimately, get new sales into the pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
It massively reduces redundant time on account planning and looking for basic contact info of your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not a lot to dislike. The integration is sometimes clunky but this is as likely to do with the destination than ZI itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massively reduces time needed to find accurate prospect contact info, gives a good idea of market size from a contact perspective very quickly.

The Best Business Development Tool I've Used

What do you like best about the product?
At first, I loved the ability to find virtually anyone I wanted to. This allowed me to be very targeted in my sales efforts. As my aptitude has grown, I have found Intent to be incredibly valuable. By looking at who in our market is shopping for our solutions, we're able to reach out in a very timely way. We converted one Intent lead into $500k plus in four weeks.

Today, Advanced Search is my best friend, allowing me to identify prospect companies that fit our profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike, to be honest. Occasionally, I come across one of the following that can be frustrating: lack of an organization chart for a particular company or department (honestly, the org charts are one of the weaknesses of the platform), lack of information on smaller companies, and a rare mis-fire where the profile is just wrong. This last instance is, like I said, very rare, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefits, in my opinion, are (a) allowing my sales team to be very targeted in who they pursue and, (b) identifying which prospective customers are demonstrating buying behavior for our products. I am a big believer in highly focused sales efforts--marketing to a body of one--over big campaigns, because in my experience the ROI is higher. ZoomInfo is how we become so focused on The Buyer.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user-friendly interface, accurate contact information (for the most part), and I love the plug in for Chrome that makes it super easy to find any contacts you are looking for on any webpage you are looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the emails were more accurate more of the time. I often find a higher than desired bounceback rate--however, it's an easy fix to try the next format of email and that usually gets it right. I wish there was unlimited credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a 75% cold outreach business where our efforts are directly contributing in a major way to our bottom line. We are SO much more productive and bringing in new customers weekly due to SalesOS

It does not have accurate financial information much of the time

It solves the problem of having to manually prospect - being able to see similar companies makes finding prospects much easier
