Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
The information in ZoomInfo is accurate, up to date and very easy to find. My knowledge and use of the platform is pretty cursory, but I go to it all the time. The chat customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat-bot is not the best. It will need more development. I had a simple issue with a "tag" and the bot sent me in a circle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching contacts for cold-calling.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is my favorite platform because it gives me the ability to reach out to thousands of contacts all over the globe. My whole team uses ZoomInfo regularly, and I don't think we could function without access to this incredible resource. The massive amount of data available on ZoomInfo has opened up countless new possibilities, and I don't see us ever switching to a different platform. If you want to grow your contact list and improve key performance indicators, ZoomInfo is the way to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about ZoomInfo SalesOS is that it's hard to get email addresses for potential customers. You may encounter frequent bouncebacks using the provided email address, preventing our emails from reaching the prospect. It would be helpful if more email addresses could be verified so we can contact a greater number of people efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ZoomInfo SalesOS is an excellent tool for salespeople who want to focus less on individual facts and more on establishing causal relationships. With this tool, they can investigate potential contacts and their positions within companies before even contacting them.

What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo in conjunction with LinkedIn and HubSpot can be AMAZING, it is amazing how it integrates seamlessly. I love how you can update your contacts information DIRECTLY from the plugin in Google Chrome. I also have to commend the support team who is AMAZING and very responsive and caring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is not up to date. I would prefer to have more up-to-date information and an effective tool to scrub. Also, it would be helpful if ZoomInfo was able to have a link DIRECTLY to the platform you use (whether Salesforce or HubSpot) and can link the person's profile in a corner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving A HUGE PROBLEM our team was having. We needed to find information for our prospects in a way that integrated seamlessly with our system and ZoomInfo was a major solution
Cohesive Sales Platform for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing amount of information, beats out most of it's competitors for accuracy and numbers. Extremely intuitive and being built into Chrome through the extension allows for great user experience. Simply click the button and the prospect on your screen pops out with their details, can't get any easier than that. Ability to create custom lists and subscribe to certain queries/searches is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can be inaccurate/outdated, but as I said above, still ahead of competitors. It's hard to recommend how this could be improved but I'm sure incremental improvements to the algorithm and functions will get to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct contact details for prospects has always been one of the most difficult areas of sales. Have worked in many sales roles previously that do not have ZoomInfo and the difference it makes to saving time and actually getting in contact with the people you want to speak to is enormous.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is an excellent application for cold calling and other forms of outbound marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how practical it is to be able to search Zoominfo. I can locate nearly all the companies I need quickly, and I appreciate that anyone from anywhere in the world can sign up and begin chatting with me immediately. It's a good thing there aren't more of these websites out there because I wouldn't be able to find reputable online sources of information without them! Zoominfo is a fantastic tool that has helped me accomplish more than I ever thought possible - thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about ZoomInfo SalesOS are the long processing times, lack of data for the UK, and inability to create a targeted mailing list for construction because ZoomInfo can't filter results by square footage. Even with these minor issues, though, it's still been a valuable tool overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ZoomInfo SalesOS lets users quickly zero in on specific accounts and personas for communication purposes. The SalesOS gives users data-driven insights about the best times to communicate with particular contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Many features are used by my team, used as a simple single company search providing valuable information, used as a single company list creation compiling a list of IT contacts, also used as a wide Metro area search to creat large call list for multiple companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with the tool timing out on me and since I am in the tool all day off and on having to login-in multiple time. That matter has been resolved once I found the setting to stay logged in 8 hrs a day. Some times the site count is off but for the most part pretty accurate and a good base to go off of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenge is generating a sales pipeline this tool allows all users in the company to generate an account list that they can pursue. Since I have trained the outside reps on using the tool they have generated their own lists and increased the pipeline,

ZoomInfo's SalesOS can be challenging to use when trying to verify email addresses and company information. This is because ZoomInfo does not always reflect individuals' most recent job changes, making it hard to determine if a person has changed jobs. Additionally, two distinct listings will sometimes appear on SalesOS, listing their former and current employers. This further complicates matters and makes it difficult to get accurate information about a contact.

The ZoomInfo SalesOS allows users to communicate with potential clients effectively and efficiently. It is compatible with multiple systems, making it easy for users to collect information from prospects and use it on outreach platforms or Salesforce. This makes the ZoomInfo SalesOS a precious tool for sales professionals.
An excellent resource for specialists
What do you like best about the product?
The technology has been around for a while, and we have had varying success rates, but this year's upgrade has seen a massive spike in adoption rates. This is particularly impressive given the current climate in the tourism industry, where commerce has seriously declined due to the pandemic. The sales team's skills in using intent topics, scoops, and data enrichment have significantly contributed to our success. Data enrichment, in particular, saves us a lot of time on lead processing to focus on giving our customers a complete picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few things I don't like about ZoomInfo SaleSOS. For one, the email addresses of prominent corporations could use some improvement. They often give you an invalid email address, so you shouldn't expect a response from the prospect. If more emails could be validated, our marketing activities would be more effective, and we'd be able to reach a larger audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales ZoomInfo tool is excellent for small to medium-sized businesses. However, it could be improved and is relatively cheap. This program can help you find potential customers and business partners, so I recommend using it.
This is an excellent platform, but difficult to follow.

This is an excellent platform, however it is challenging to navigate for a beginner who is working with a small business that is not experienced with working on a platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working with me to learn how to export the appropriate leads for my business. I will be more productive when I learn how to do this.
SalesOS is an excellent resource for identifying pertinent businesses and individuals
What do you like best about the product?
Account-specific information, corporate background, employee contacts, and organizational charts are all excellent features of ZoomInfo SalesOS. Identifying LinkedIn contacts instantly is extremely useful, as is being able to link information to SFDC. Another great feature is Excel's List Match which aids in your search for a particular collection of accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about ZoomInfo SalesOS is that there's too much info on the page when constructing a homepage. It would be nice to have it more organized to quickly find what you need without searching everything. Also, an email address will occasionally be reported as undeliverable even if it doesn't have a score of "A" under the Contact Accuracy column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I use ZoomInfo, I no longer have to worry about locating numbers that aren't readily available on Google, which is the most valuable thing it has done for me. When you Google a potential customer's name, chances are a high likelihood that you won't find anything instantly.
