The best out there, with rich features and filters

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Zoominfo SalesOS is the integration capabilities and the ability to use your CRM as a filtering option when searching for accounts or prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not always up to date when a prospect is no longer at a company. I also dislike that you are not able to filter by store count, or by physical store presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no current problems on the platform that I am aware of being currently improved upon, except for the neat feature of requesting that a contact or account be updated by users if any data is incorrect.

What do you like best about the product?
Contact information is readily available.

The ability to have notifications set up for saved searches is absolutely crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information isnt readily available for some companies.

Helps me find contact info and keeps me up to date on recent activities

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows me to find the right contacts quickly. It minimizes my back and forth between different sites trying to find the right person to reach out to and their contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts are usually right, however I've run into a few that have been stale. There is a way to share when you find incorrect information so ZoomInfo keeps getting better, so that helps, but overall I've found the info. to be pretty reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find contacts quickly, allowing me to spend less time researching and more time focused on outbound activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales is very helpful in getting us in touch with the right contacts very quickly for business opportunities. It's very user friendly and it gives us good results as far as growing our business. I am impressed by the whole platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would only be having expired contact information at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom SalesOS gets us to the right decision maker most of the time and it gets us business opportunities fast.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful features is the grade of the accuracy of the data; this is important to know that the data is the freshest you can get. It is always being updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Putting together Salesflows takes some creativity and repetition of use. In the begining the creation of Salesflows is a little 'clunky' and as you learn to create sales flows easily, and use regularly, it get's easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing highly targeted data to pursue prequalified leads to sell my services to. Thus reducing my time to do market research and having confidence the data is accurate

What do you like best about the product?
I find the accesibility to contact cards and employee history most beneficial. These pieces are extremely useful when reaching out to prospects. It's especially nice to have access to direct lines/emails as opposed to the general contact card alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect of ZoomInfo that could use improvements is the frequent updates. I've noticed that in some cases, contact cards aren't updated as frequently as they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has drastically improved my sales process. ZoomInfo simplifies the prospecting process by doing all the dirty work for you. I guarantee it will improve your sales numbers significantly.

Terrible sales experience, OK product

What do you like best about the product?
The product is generally acceptable for our lead generation program and has decent integrations, but we experience an 11% bounce rate which is more significant than their guaranteed 95% accuracy rate. We use ZoomInfo for lead generation, intent data, and their WebSights product and do appreciate the single platform to use these features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been with ZoomInfo for several years, and as part of our due diligence, we wanted to evaluate other vendors in the space upon our upcoming renewal.

We let ZoomInfo know we were going to spend time evaluating other options and asked them to hold on renewing. Instead, we were met with a stiff-arm "auto renewal" contract stating that because we did not request to cancel within 60 days, we had no option but to renew our contract as is.

After some resistance, we realized we had to continue with ZoomInfo. At the point of that realization, I asked to downgrade some of our current packages to remove unnecessary services. Instead, I was told I must continue paying for portions of the package that does nothing for my company. For example, we told ZoomInfo about high bounce rates, yet they did nothing to provide a real solution or financial remediation to back their "95%" accuracy rate. We told them their intent data is not converting leads and that we no longer wanted to pay for that service, yet I was told I have to continue to pay for that or "reallocate" funds.

Their claim to have no ability to adjust the subscription to better align with my company's needs is outrageous. Yes, we signed an auto-renewal clause. OK, you win there ZoomInfo. But the unwillingness to help us align our subscription to what is best for our company by using the auto-renewal as their only backing is outrageous.

This sales tactic is a scam, and I continue to feel shocked that a company of its size and status treats its customers this way.

Hopefully, this review can help someone considering doing business with this shady company, or at least request an opt-out clause on their agreement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their database is vast, but it comes with a cost of a higher bounce rate than they sell in their pitch. We usually have no issue finding Manager+ email information, but we see fewer direct and mobile lines. However, we do appreciate the filtering ability.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Engage is an excellent tool for the automation of the outreach procedure. Automation tools like the auto-dialer and mass-email senders help me get the word out more quickly and effectively. For phone calls, the VOIP feature is excellent, and I appreciate the smooth integration with Salesforce and ZoomInfo. My team was able to start contributing to our lead era right away, thanks to the platform's simplicity in training them to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the non-mobile digits I get from ZoomInfo end up being useless. I have yet to grasp the power of tags fully. Moreover, training was required to master the ins and outs of importing and mapping data when adding new contact lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to communicate with more people in less time. Sharing information with my group and monitoring their progress is a breeze. Using this data, I can watch my progress toward my long-term and short-term outreach goals.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoominfo is the large database, an extensive array of capabilities, and easy-to-use interface. Having an account executive who can answer questions and a resource center with films that explain the platform's functionalities is extremely useful. Another great feature is examining daily, weekly, or monthly reports tracking activity on all business accounts and credit usage through the admin portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ZoomInfo SalesOS's user interface is simple; it's so straightforward that it becomes tedious. The homepage was nearly devoid of material when I visited, and though I missed the initial instruction, I picked up on it because of the intuitive design. Clear directions on the landing page would boost effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
However, the sales are not without their flaws. The main issue I have encountered is outdated or irrelevant leads within the contact lists. Additionally, some of the information provided (e.g., budget amounts) can be inaccurate and thus lead to wasted time trying to engage a company that may not even be interested in your product/service.
