ZoomInfo SalesOS is a must if you have an outbound sales team!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to filter and segment by industry, titles and technologies. We like the notifications that sales receives on their accounts and I really leverage the contact cleansing aspect to keep the equity of the database high.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are an international company and it can be hard to justify paying for the different regions like Europe or Asia. Finding a large number of contacts for emerging technologies like climate and artificial intelligence can be limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly ramp up contacts from relevant companies. We can't simply wait for contacts to return to the website and fill out a form. We must be proactive with our outreach.
The modern "yellow pages" for sales - Indispensable!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales has made huge leaps in terms of granular data, uploadable data, cross-checking both your info and their info to harmonize, as well as upgrading how ZI Sales integrates with all of their other program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would still be nice for more frequently updated info on contacts at companies, and as well better reporting + coverage of INTL companies and smaller revenue reporting companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps me get contact names, numbers, emails, and job positions for companies I target. It helps me jump through the usual hoops of trying to get information from the ground up to get to the person who would actually be the point of contact to sell your product too. Zoominfo Gets me out of Limbo!

What do you like best about the product?
The information that is provided is most useful in qualifying leads. The tool is super-easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Infrequently, there is no more than the headquarters contact information available that I could have easily acquired on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not followed any reported problems or resolutions and I count on ZoomInfo SOS to continually evolve.
I find the application very easy to maneuver and operate in.
What do you like best about the product?
So much information is available. I like the with Linkedin connection. I like the reliability score as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found too many issues at this point.

I can go to one location and get alot of information, companies and people that work for specific companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the ZoomInfo information seems to be up to date on who the contacts are at a particular company. I love that I'm provided their email address and other contact information. It has made reaching contacts and adding to our database very easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat cumbersome in it's login procedure. I wish I could just be signed in until I decide to sign out. I feel like I'm constantly signing in. That being said it's not that much of a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us add to our database with higher contacts so we can be sure we are reaching decision makers. I has made us more productive in reaching those contacts faster.

What do you like best about the product?
'Advanced Contact' is the most useful icon that gives in-depth contact details and provides accurate employee size.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'technographic' option is difficult to find and navigate while looking for a particular business domain(with or without -).

It helps in providing important contacts, as well as, technical workflow including overall business areas.

The information included is all-encompassing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information included is not updated as often as it should be thus requiring the use of a secondary tool to verify key pieces of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps fill in the gap for missing contact information for key sales leads and helps me grow my professional network.
Powerful solutions for lead-gen and prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The advanced search functions allow my team to build and save numerous search screenings that will help us narrow down the target prospecting to specific vertical markets and industries. To make itself outstanding further from other lead-gen software is its powerful collection of direct contact information, from corporate dial numbers to email addresses, mobile #, and even LinkedIn URLs, it aggregates all necessary contact info we need for business development in a single snapshot.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few minor aspects that can be improved in the future:
- Revenue figures for some business prospects are way off, seems to have some algorithm-generated patterns
- After synchronizing with our Salesforce CRM, seems the tagging function cannot be shared/synced among other corporate users and team members
- Many lead-gen contacts are still out of date since they left their previous employers even though their LinkedIn profiles are up to date
- Some business prospects were no longer active, but their ZoomInfo pages indicate otherwise and thereby their LinkedIn URLs/org charts are no longer valid
- Probably ZoomInfo's usage and its targeting markets are more prominent in North America, its data accuracy in Europe and APAC regions still needs revision and improvement

ZoomInfo helps my organization to run prospecting and deal sourcing more efficiently. With these powerful lead-gen channels and valuable contact resources, we are able to save a lot of time and stay focused on our primary responsibilities.
A great way to gain insight into a person or company and trust the information is valid!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoominfo is the chrome ext! The ext allows me to quickly check on contacts while reading through their linkedin page. Makes research so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things to dislike. The only 2 things to work on would be a quicker load time on opening the ext on chrome and having a larger database! There are tons of people but always room for more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the problem of finding contacts at a company and also their contact info. No more searching endlessly through company websites for peoples information.
