Too many times the data is incorrect regarding the contact and company org chart

Finding the right company contact for my outreach - including the contact's email/phone information
Great info, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get emails and direct phone numbers for multiple contacts, quickly is helpful, and the CRM integration is a real time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Job titles are often not accurate, and need to be checked against another software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my industry, it is the only real tool to get contact information.
ZoomInfo has been a boon to our sales efforts.

Ease of use, This is a very user-friendly platform and lists are easy to build and exprot. It also integrates well with SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data integrity is always an issue with tools like this. Much was made of its vaunted accuracy when they were selling it to us, but I find contacts listed as current that have been retired for several years!

Being able to reach prospects by e-mail and mobile phone is simplified with ZoomInfo.

Comprehensive data with relevant contact information as well as the technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always up to date, the search is a bit wonky in that you don't have to hit enter resulting in me searching for the wrong thing. If I don't do that it works flawlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is always a pain and one of the reasons is that you can spend quite a bit of time looking for solid contact information. ZoomInfo solves that for me.

The data pulled with customer phone numbers is very accurate

Sometimes information is inaccurate when pulling company hierarchy information.

Give me the contact information of customers that I need to outreach to.
It's made account mapping and building marketing lists 1000 times easier

not being able to make rules about what contact information the person has vs doesn't have

Zoominfo provides access to a database of companies and contacts most of which are populated with accurate contact information for the key decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the contact information is out of date and the intent signals are for the wrong geographical location

Zoominfo makes prospecting easier with a combination of buyer intent and accurate contact information
Nice tool but not so useful for the German market

the search via URL for the companies also that you can pick the departments and job functions

It´s just in American English also the German Market is not that good.

finding the right person to speak to in a very fast way...also pick lists for our emailings.

ZoomInfo is really helpful for prospecting, lead hunting and company researching, it'll give you almost everything you need.

It just needs to be updated, especially if the job title of the lead is updated then it should reflect the most recent.
