What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to really specify my prospects by every criterion that I need

Sometimes the contact person is not up to date, but normally there's another contact that can be leveraged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides me with top-notch corporate data

There is no accurate contact in the EU, literally!

What do you like best about the product?
The idea they are selling is great, that you will have all the contact and intent data, and your sales team will be so happy... in our case, I liked creating workflows with the intent data and automate all the stuff in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
the contact data accuracy is almost never correct in the EU, our EMEA sales team has literally stopped using Zoominfo after seeing no added value! also, their sales team is so aggressive! the only calls you can be having with their CSMs is when they try selling you new stuff - but when you need actual help, they get back to you a week later and your problem is obviously never solved! also they don't seem to be fully GDPR compliant, and they cannot give you how they found the contact details of a person in terms of the GDPR perspective

the sales team can see our TAM easily, and find the relevant people

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is an excellent ABM tool that can help you quickly discover and import relevant leads into your CRM. Additionally, their email addresses are validated, so you can be confident that your message will be delivered. Scops can also be very helpful in understanding the root of a prospect's pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to send personalized email campaigns is still undergoing development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time spent on emailing leaves more time for planning and executing strategies for specific contacts. The dialer and prerecorded messages make calling significantly easier.

Easy to use that is target rich with intent data with company contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and use with the best contact content available.
Great tracking of intent and website traffic to give you better targeting for your money.
This has been one of my best tools in my bag.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything bad yet. All has been working well for us. I haven't found any shortcomings.

Zoominfo is increasing our access to company contact information with a one-stop shop.

great software for anyone in sales looking to find contact info

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accuracy of the info- I have used rocket reach, Ai Seamless, and Apollo for finding contact info of my prospects in sales- zoom info is by far the most accurate as it generates its data by confirming the email address they give you was used within the last 60 days- if it's a valid email it will have been recently used-if they can not confirm this they do not give you it as a result- whereas the other platforms will give you anything- or multiple options- and I find their accuracy to be around 35-40% whereas zoom info I find to be closer to 85-90% of course to get that kind of precision you will pay a lot more. You can also use it to see who has been on your website and then contact them
What do you dislike about the product?
the price is astronomical- a small company like the one I work for could never afford to pay for their subscription which seems stupid- why not have different tiers for different use cases- I would pay a lower fee for a small number of searches per month or something. Instead, they only have one option their paid subscription which is not obtainable for anyone except the largest of companies- they say they offer a free program w a few searches a month which would be better than nothing- but you have to agree to allow them to track the incoming addresses to and from your company email- not your data just to see which email addresses are being used to be able to help them confirm the validity of emails for their platform- which I agreed to and installed on my computer but quickly removed it because they were using me but I was never able to access their free or "community" edition of zoom info- reaching out to customer service did nothing but put me back on their list for sales reps to try to sell me a subscription again- no one cared to help me get access- so I uninstalled it from my computer- so I would rate zoominfo a 10 for the software itself, a 1 for the price and customer service since its only available if your paying the mega fee for their subscription service OR if they are trying to sell you a subscription otherwise they do not care to offer help with anything else and a 6-7 in total due to the price and customer service,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was solving the problem of finding accurate contact info for potential prospects or potential customers- great software for anyone in sales or anyone who needs to find email or phone numbers of strangers

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides accurate and insightful prospect lists that my sales team can act upon without worrying that they are wasting their time when creating various outreach campaigns that could result in numerous "bounces" like we have experienced with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more user-friendly but overall it takes time to navigate and get a handle on the system. Also, I wish we would go deeper into knowing what other tools a particular company is using, but given all the information we do receive a company or lead; its pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team to thoughtfully create lead nurturing outreach campaigns to improve our outbound and inbound intro rates for building pipeline and growth overall.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super helpful for finding up to date data and contact information that fit our ideal customer profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the greatest sync between ZoomInfo and Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying key decision makers and finding their contact info that we would not otherwise have. Also it helps us to clean up our existing data to get it up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the internet add-on for Zoominfo. Being able to pull up information on an account while I'm in SalesNav, on a companies website, or even viewing a list of accounts on ZoomInfo itself is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish the communication between SFDC and ZoomInfo was better, but I think that comes down to duplicate accounts and data cleanliness. I wouldn't say there's anything that ZoomInfo needs to do right now to improve performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is allowing me in the SDR role to easily prospect into companies, find out if they're in my ROE, and get a list of the top players at that company. This, paired with SalesNav, creates an unbeatable suite for information gathering.
