It is helpful, a bit more accurate than other databases and integrates easily with Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with Salesforce for importing contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A noticeable amount of contacts are no longer with their companies, though ZoomInfo claims they are and has verified. This may have more to do with The Great Resignation happening in 2021-2022 but is still undesirable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting new, relevant contact at target accounts for better business development.

ZoomInfo is easy to use and navigate and find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all information is accurate but close to all is so overall very helpful tool.

Helping to build out a prospect list.

Some company information can be outdated.

Saves time finding information on prospects and contacts within companies. Provides general information on company status and gives Intent information on what companies are searching for.

What do you like best about the product?
URL - Website to the company. Telephone number to Switchboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
URL and most of all telephone number to switchboard. I am a Sales Development Rep so this makes me more effiecent.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to find necessary contacts to be able to be more effective with my sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is not correct. I have been working in the QSR and Medical industry and many positions have been changed or let go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of research work I have to do.

What do you like best about the product?
You get access to market trends depending on what your needs are. Neat interrelation with other CRMs for contact export.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credit use is still not clear to me, especially Bulk Credit. My team- is still at a loss here trying to figure out how to take advantage of it. Alwatys be weary about lead emails, they might not be updated and get a non-delivery message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for potential leads to gear our product to. Intends on our solution.

The integration with Salesforce = timesaver.

Cost is somewhat prohibitive to small businesses.

Accurate info cuts so much time researching contact info, correct contact etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of contacts that I can find and they are more up to date than other sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently there was a lot of technical issues including not being able to look at contacts. Also, after exporting to Salesforce and calling some contacts, they answer and say that we have the wrong number. This happened consistently with some contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo organizes contacts by level (ie director, C suite) which is more helpful/easier to navigate than linkedin SalesNav. Also, I can easily export to SF.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has all the company info and contact info that I am looking for. I appreciate all the customer contacts that I have found via ZoomInfo. I have not found a better database.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo does have some mistakes, like most databases. It seems like it needs to be updated a little more often. Also, some smaller companies are not in the database or are not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the toughest part of sales which is finding decision makers. This creates more productivity out of me because I no longer have to search for whom to call, I just call them.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is relatively easy to navigate through. The interface is simple and easy on the eyes. Using the Advanced Search is very simple and self explanatory, "Like Stalking Someone On Facebook".

Great one-to-one training from the team as well, really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other platform, there is always room for improvement:

* More Language Options - especially for European Names, Job Titles etc.
*Multi Hub Integration in HubSpot - currently, only 1 Hub could be integrated
*Saved searches are still not public like tags
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use and the one-stop platform for almost all of our marketing needs. It speeds up my workflow and increases productivity.
