Lead info at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to get information from ZoomInfo. Everything I need to know about a person or company is available at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tags, and database syncs don't update fast enough which causes overlapping information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead information. ZoomInfo also allows us to minimize the number of fields on our lead forms.
Combined with automation tools, Zoominfo is a game-changer

Some of the data (titles and companies) are inaccurate. It doesn't hinder usage but makes things slightly more confusing

Allows me to reach prospect market more effectively and intelligently than before

Zoom will allow you to clone yourself, reaching more contacts than before. I cant think of doing my job without it.

What do you like best about the product?
that it allows to narrow my search into categories i'm interested in prospecting. I also enjoy that it allows me to hit certain locations as well as finding specific people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would let me open the site attached to a company without there having to be so many tabs open on my screen. a lot of tabs open tends to get messy on my screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the situation we may have if a site only has an email to get in touch with someone. I like that I can find multiple people in the company and give them a direct call.
Fraudulent Renewal Practices
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely nothing at all. The data isn't very good and the support teams aren't supportive at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo sucks. Apollo.io or Seamless.ai has far more accurate leads, plus better customer service. Zoominfo also has an auto-renewal scheme that is fraudulent and deceptive, where their sales team reaches out to you about renewal after you've technically already renwed without knowing.

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone looking to take the ZoomInfo course needs to be very meticulous in taking down notes. The reason is that the answers to some of the questions are similar and can only be answered correctly after having a full graps of the study material.
What do you dislike about the product?
In retrospect, I actually would have preferred if the questions were less technical...hahaha. But that has its flip side because if the questions were too simple, chances are one may not be able to truly ascertain their level of understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping to solve the challenge that comes from the inability to determine our Ideal Customer Profile with INTENT. Hence, we don't have to fly blind anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Although the information is great, I would say that the integration is what helps me the most. I have ZoomInfo linked to my HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn account. This not only allows me to prospect quicker, but also helps get contacts into sales sequences easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dont like is the keyword search capabilities. I work in the digital accessibility space and whenever I am looking for new contacts or prospects with digital accessibility in their title; I get a lot of people who have "access" in their title, not accessibilitiy. This is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most salespeople hate prospecting because its a lot of misinformation out there and finding qualified leads can be tedious. ZoomInfo helps with both finding qualified projects to sell to and seamlessly integrate them into your CRM so the experience is very easy
Really Bad Unvetted Data
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing really. It appeared the product had tons of information and there was integration into my CRM. I read reviews and they appeared to be solid on the company. I would encourage a user to actually use the product and see if you can just sign up for 1-3 months before committing longterm. Look at trustpilot.com for real reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Man... the price for one. They price the product like it is the best in the industry when in reality it is very faulty, inaccurate, leaves off many companies in any SIC category. They categorize companies totally wrong with inaccurate SIC codes and NAICS codes. Companies without working website or brought into the search results. Many newer companies are entirely left off - if you are pursuing small/mid sized companies, the info is either missing or wrong. The large company data is great, but then it would also be the case for many Data List vendors out there.
Basically after pulling a list, it would take many hours to clean it up. I want something with fairly good accuracy that I can clean up a little and then import into my CRM, definitely not the case here.

What do you like best about the product?
Engage by Zoominfo helps me find and extract leads easily. Very helpful for sales executives for me who look for potential and qualified leads on a regular basis. It helps in reaching out bulk contacts easily and also keep track of my tasks and activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many steps involved in the process. The UI is nice and smooth but it does lag sometimes which I assume can be fixed. Only minor bug issues. Apart from that it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of my leads and helps generate new ones. As a sales executive it makes my job easier. one of the best lead finding and managing tool i have used. Helps interact with clients via mail and calls too.
