What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside to ZoomInfo is their WebSights feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of companies are not listed on ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us reach out to potential clients when they're searching for intent topics related to our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very expensive but it pays for itself in the long run.

Terrible service and fraud - be careful when signing with Zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
They seemed to be professional until the auto-renewal process
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a 3-year contract with them. Started to negotiate the new contract 3 months before the old contract was up. Negotiations lasted over 2 months and in the end, when we decided to move to another company, they unlawfully told us we have already surpassed the auto-renewal date and that the contract will be renewed for 3 years. Nothing we can do about it. BE CAREFUL and don't sign a contract with them. and if you decided to sign with them, remove the auto-renewal clause from the contract before signing. Very bad customer experience, very unpleasant, their customers don't matter to them, they are only interested in the money. Very bad reputation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are unlawful, misleading, fraudent

What do you like best about the product?
Decent contact info for US-based accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never written such a POOR review for ANY company.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a supplier, by a long way.
All they care is about ARR! They couldn't care about you as a customer.

In our case, we wanted to cancel our subscription since our business model had changed. We were reaching the end of a 3-year contract, with auto-renewal.
We began to discuss renewal 10 weeks before the contract ended, but by the time we informed them that we no longer needed their services (about 4 weeks before the contract end), they told us that our contract auto-renewal had already kicked in...and that there was nothing that they could do - even though there were still a few weeks left on our contract!!

They didn't care that we didn't need their services any longer. That their software would be "sitting on the shelf", and that we would be paying 10s of thousands of dollars for software that we would never use. The only thing that they could do was to renew for one year (instead of 3). Ridiculous.

Talk about a company that DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.
I shall never do business with ZoomInfo again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not solving any problem for us, since we no longer need the software (due to a business model change).

What do you like best about the product?
Having used other services, the Zoom Info team outperforms their competition in training, ease of setup\onboarding and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of a single one. Just wish our IT allowed extensions on our RDS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to get more contacts in accounts that are difficult to get into. With COVID concerns nowadays it is important to be agile. SalesOS helps us do this.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature for me was the Intent feature as well as the Organizational Chart under each company's main profile. I was able to use the filters within the Intent feature to narrow down my results and find potential buyers in the specific area I am prospecting at that time. After finding the company I want to pursue via Intent, I liked being able to use the Organizational Chart tool to quickly and easily find the right contact to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the information within Zoom Info is either outdated or incorrect. In a lot of instances, I would run into a company that had a similar name to a completely different company, yet the contacts for each said company would be switched into the wrong profiles. For example, if I was trying to find a contact for Compass Behavioral Hospital, there would instead be contacts for a different company with a similar name like Compass Mental Health. It made things very confusing at times and prohibited me from reaching the correct contacts in time. As well as outdated or incorrect contact information, the Intent signals within the Intent feature were often outdated and old as well. There were many times that I set the filter within Intent to only list companies that are showing intent at the very beginning of their sales cycle. However, when I would reach out to those clients that very day that the intent data went out, they would already be in the middle or end of the sales cycle and it would be too late for us to get involved. This is actually the main reason why my company left Zoom Info after our contract ended. In the entire year we utilized Zoom Info, we did not make a single sale from using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info is bridging the gap between sellers and buyers in a very new and fast-paced environment. They are making it easier for sellers to connect to serious buyers the first time. Eliminating the time-consuming task of cold calling and not knowing if the party on the other end is even slightly interested before picking up the phone. It helps people working in sales get the knowledge they need about each company before diving into that sales pitch. Making a successful sale even more attainable. This benefits me by making more sales equaling more money in my pocket.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider if the return is truly worth the investment. The Zoom Info system costs a great deal more than any other product like it on the market. For some, the price is worth the return. However for my company, it definitely was not.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can streamline my lead generation processe by targeting contacts and organzations that fit my target profile. It takes the guess work out of prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is outdated, but with the rapily changing workforce right now, I don't know how they could keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform gives you a way to target. Rather than buying lead lists from companies that do understand my business, I'm quickly creating my own with better results.

What do you like best about the product?
Export to Engage for automated emails, calls and follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are not updated for more than a year for a company. I had one call to a person that was fired along with the CEO and was an awkward sales conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I saw today there is a suggested edit option where you can request updates to correct the previous grievance stated to the prior question.
