Great tool for contacting decision makers. Easy, fast accurate.
What do you like best about the product?
Saves me time with the bulk email feature. The phone dialing feature is helpful

Email template is a great tool that has a lot of information choices that fill into the email automatically.
ZoomInfo is an integral part of my daily work. Finding company and prospect info is imperative.

With the changing job market, some information is out of date.

It is solving the issue of finding and connecting with my target prospects. It benefits me by providing me with accurate information to set meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo offerings in-depth information into my customer's business, allowing me to ramp faster as I support the account. By leveraging the data available in ZoomInfo I connect with customers faster, I understand business drivers and who their competitors are, and I have a sense of where decision-makers sit thanks to the organizational hierarchy data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have made requests to our Customer Success Manager (supporting the user licenses of ZoomInfo for my company) to profile OEM accounts that are not listed on the platform today. There are still so many companies to profile, I realize, I just hope to have growing accounts in my territory profiled so I can be a more valuable resource thanks to helpful insights into their business and leadership team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the following problems: financial detail review of customers, competitor analysis of accounts, technology utilization at the customer account, and contact information support to be able to reach customers and address Industry 4.0 initiatives faster.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is by far the industry leader for contact research. The combination of relatively high accuracy, robust details, and comprehensive training is a step above.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some details are occasionally dated, however, it's still better than most competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI has become our prospecting tool of choice as part of an overall strategy that includes social, ZI, and a sequencing tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You'll be hard pressed to find a better solution for contact research. But make sure you know up front what your bulk credit usage is likely to be.

Finding key persons in prospect companies takes time and effort. Zoominfo streamlines the process.

The extension is heavenly. The ability to sync up with our CRM is conveneint as well. Customer service was also very timely in responding to me the other day, good stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is dated. Emails will be missing but you can view other people's emails in the organization and put it all together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really is a time saver and that is one of the most important things in my world.
ZoomInfo is like finding the source code of marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
We struggled as a marketing team to successfully reach existing contacts due to an out-of-date contact list. With ZoomInfo, we never have to worry about email bounces ever again. But correct data is just the tip of the ZoomInfo Iceberg -- the data and integrations it provides give us a highly-detailed plan of attack, and the tools we need to enact upon those insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about ZoomInfo is when conducting a search, and clicking on a particular contact, you can't go back to your initial search parameters without pressing your browser's "back" button. A native back button would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo gives us clean contact data that we can quickly bring into our CRM. With the added interaction data it provides, we are able to quickly segment these contacts into automated drip campaigns.

Have all of the content you need for your drip campaigns ready to go -- once you purchase ZoomInfo, it is ready to run immediately.

The only thing to really dislike about ZoomInfo is there can sometimes be bad or out of data information.
