Fantastic software management provided by a solid company
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with your IdP and financials work very well and pull in a huge amount of actionable data, making app discovery pretty smooth. If there is another integration you need that they don't currently have you can ask and you'll get an answer on if it will be possible or not and I've seen a number of quality integrations added impressively quickly.
Customer support has been fantastic with quick and knowledgable responses (and at times where they don't know the answer they have been up front with saying they don't know but they'll find out, and they actually do)
When you first start working with automated workflows there is a little bit of a learning curve to figure it out but there is a lot of functionality there that can automate most of employee onboarding and offboarding.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Everything from pricing, to support and interactions, to functionality has been superb.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing which users have access to which software.
Automating onboarding and offboarding.

Absolutely incredible value
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is the software platform easy to use and endlessly flexible, the support that the Trelica team has given us in adding more value over time has done exactly that. New integrations release regularly and they even worked with us to be the first implementation of our HRIS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so little to dislike. The financial side would be much easier if someone else at my company was willing to sift through the data for accuracy, but that's on my company and not Trelica.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built workflows in Trelica that help reduce human error during employee onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, we use it to keep track of what users are in our dozens of SaaS applications and also discover shadow IT. We also use Trelica to easily identify contract renewal dates, costs, and other operational tools that help my team and other teams throughout the org budget for the next fiscal year.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having a system that automatically removes users from applications when they have gone dormant or attritted. Trelica is easy to use and the support we receive from Trelica is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less an issue about Trelica, but some apps just cannot be connected through automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Trelica to automate deprovisioning users and licenses as well as understanding our user base for each SaaS application.

1. Trelica accurately analyzes various salesforce objects and their associated dependencies.
2. We can quickly know whether a particular field needs to be added or removed to optimize and reduce our efforts.
3. There isn't any need to bring in drifts in our existing functionalities thanks to its seamless integration with the Salesforce platform.
4. Its framework is also streamlined, so we can identify all gatherings as part of Salesforce operations & bring in suitable modifications that adapt well to our business demands.

2. It effectively keeps up-to-date track of our licenses and notifies us about their renewal so we don't miss anything that affects our Salesforce operations.
3. Since it's a SaaS-based platform, we don't have to develop data models for our expense portfolios & spend forecasting. Trelica takes care of everything, and we can focus more on sales leads & promotions.
4. Its Dashboard provides excellent insights on actual sales vs projected sales & plenty of charting tools help us with suitable visualizations.
5. Its application catalog has an app usage consolidation utility which is beneficial for cost optimization. It effectively lets us know how to consolidate the same application multiple teams use in our organization.

The service was very good, and they helped me save money immediately.

Some of the user interfaces aren't that beautiful, but didn't affect its utility.

Had a jumble of different software we were paying for, and in one glance we could see what we were wasting money on and cut out those expenses. We hadn't even realized how much money was being wasted until we used Trelica

Simplifies software licenses management.

I don't have any real issues with the software, it would be helpful if it integrated with more products, but I know they are adding new ones.

The flexibility of their team to implement new features based on user's needs

This is a fairly new product and some things still need to get polished. But they are working their hardest!

I have now complete visibility over the company's SaaS spend and our computers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation part of this tool. We can now map our PO's and license data automatically into Trelica vs. tedious manual work. I feel like we didn't just purchase a tool but rather an entire support system for SaaS Management. This team worked incredibly hard to ensure our data was accurate and added numerous customizations to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique would be as a new user, it can be a tad difficult to navigate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting ahead of our renewals and getting a much clearer picture of what we have and how we use it.
Can't get much easier
What do you like best about the product?
The team is incredibly helpful. They make it easy to set up and use. We love working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're still learning, so there are some features missing that seem obvious to us, but they're easy to talk to and they're working on adding them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a central place to manage licenses and security related to OAuth. Trelica is a great solution for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Very nice UI, covers a lot of aspects of software management. License management is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much available documentation; integrations need more work to make it easier to set up

It helps us keep track of the software the company is using, how much we are spending. We were able to see a few redundant softwares, in terms of functionality.
