Potential for Accuracy, Needs Guided Chat
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of chat with Moveworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the chat aspect of Moveworks free form and not guided. I prefer curated contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking to use Moveworks for universal service request intake and to improve accuracy in triaging requests to the right teams.
Reasoning Engine Sets Moveworks Apart
What do you like best about the product?
I like Moveworks for its reasoning engine. We believe it can significantly improve our virtual agent, which is currently not the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I don't see anything that may not work other than the number of different conversation types we need to maintain.

We plan to use Moveworks as a single pane for interacting with ServiceNow, aiming to improve user experience beyond a traditional employee center. Its reasoning engine is expected to enhance our virtual agent, which currently underperforms.

The art of the possible for this tool has the potential to provide great improvements for our organization

The amount of general permissions , roles that the service accounts needs to work generally. I think it would be great if the product team would do more to help the customer scope what they are actually trying to implement for their pilot so my security team is more onboard and open to the implementation in general.

Efficient AI Search Tool with Room for UI Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Moveworks makes it easy to find the stuff associates are looking for through the AI Search. It's a one-stop place where you can integrate many applications. With the option to index the sources, I can control the content that we want to show to users based on their roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI currently is not engaging for the associates. Also, when we integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, it takes out a lot of useful functionalities like Taxonomy on the portal. We have an established portal that's engaging to the associates, so if it could keep the current UI we have on the portal and just integrate the Search functionality, it would be very helpful.
