Effortless Navigation with Natural Language Processing

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Moveworks uses natural language, allowing me to type the way I want without having to learn new ways. It’s also great that employees don't have to struggle to find the right options as they navigate through a lot of menus and submenus. Plus, the initial setup of Moveworks was simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the native way of integration with more products could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Moveworks because employees don’t have to struggle to find options through menus. Its natural language feature lets me type the way I want without learning new ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Moveworks acts as a layer before reaching a real agent to lower wait times. I appreciate the automated incident creation feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the restrictions based on ACLs that potentially cause security issues. There were also some issues with implementing on ESC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks lowers wait times by creating a layer before reaching a real agent, and I like its automated incident creation.

Moveworks provides immediate access to company information and ticketing all from one pane of glass

Nothing. It’s a great product and an exciting part of ServiceNow

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has the potential to unlock powerful AI functionality by bringing business functions and processes together within a single AI source.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration of the tool is a challenge. What was sold to us was a completely configurable tool with the capabilities to interact with ServiceNow data and other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has single handedly expedited approval processes by putting the approval requests in front of the relevant people via Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I find the integration with ServiceNow really smooth for storing requests. End-user inputs are seamless, making operations run without a hitch. I appreciate the easy and seamless connection with other tools, which is a big plus for me. Additionally, the real-time updates are quite convenient, and setting up Moveworks was easy, which made the initial transition hassle-free.

I think Moveworks should be more robust and have more connectors available.

Moveworks provides seamless end user inputs and easy connections with other tools, integrated with ServiceNow for storing requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Moveworks to be an excellent product for integration into teams, making it easier for customers to ask questions without searching through the Employee Portal. I appreciate how it makes work life easier, acting as a one-stop shop. It seamlessly helps set up flows, making development quick and effortless. Using Moveworks for configuration was also easy.
