Seamless Integration with API Flexibility, Needs Debugging Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Moveworks helps seamlessly integrate different HR systems. It's really helpful to connect to different systems with the ease of a connector, especially since you can connect any system as long as there is an API.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the hallucination gets out of hand and I think the connector setup gets hard to debug. Yeah make a better model so that hallucination stops and the connector is tough to create with OAuth2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks helps seamlessly integrate different HR systems and connect any system with ease through an API connector.
Effective Case Resolution, But Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Moveworks resolves most of my cases, which decreases the need for agent support. The detailed resolution summary is a valuable feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't read user permission and roles, which is a bit of an issue. Also, the initial setup is a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Moveworks to search for HR cases and resolve them, making most cases get resolved without needing agent support, and I appreciate the detailed resolution summaries.
Automation Made Easy Despite Integration Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I use Moveworks for automation, noise reduction, and application monitoring. I like the automation and elimination features along with alert suppression.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the integration with COTS products or mainframe, which is problematic. Also, the initial setup was a bit difficult due to training requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Moveworks for automation, application monitoring, noise reduction, and alert suppression, which streamline our processes and enhance efficiency.
Quick Setup and Intuitive Space Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Moveworks makes tracking employee movement in buildings efficient by quickly assigning spaces and reservations. I appreciate that it's simple and easy to implement, which made the initial setup very easy. I enjoy the building mapping for space management and the interactive hovering feature. It allows me to visually find where an employee is seated and hover over for additional details regarding their profile in HR. All of these features have been really helpful.

Moveworks helps me quickly assign spaces and reservations, and I can visually locate employees with building mapping and interactive hovering.
Easy Setup, But Lacks in Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of setting up Moveworks. It made the stand up and launch time short.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics were weak. No Moveworks to Moveworks API for interconnectivity with parent company, have moved to another solution as a result. Effectiveness not so great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks helps our service desk team and provides self-service for customers, and it's simple to set up, making launch times short.
Effortless Setup and Stellar Efficiency with Moveworks
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Moveworks is easy to use for the end user and easy to set up the intake and knowledge for the agent. It's convenient because we have it set up to intake issues from the end user via chat, so they just have to click on the bot and ask what it needs. I also appreciate having the ability to log in and modify what it sends and what it can review easily, which makes adding new materials and areas of scope easier. The initial setup of Moveworks was fairly easy too.

Moveworks relieves strain from our service desk by answering basic questions, resolving issues faster, and allows easy setup and modifications for better scope management.
Efficient Ticket Handling with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interception of tickets feature in Moveworks because it helps reduce the time agents spend on first contact, expediting information delivery to our customers. This efficiency in handling tickets is valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When customers get information from Moveworks, they receive links that aren't listed on the agent's side, causing chaos when agents need to take action and remediate knowledge articles. Additionally, the way to gather information on ticket deflection is limited to a thumbs up or down. I would prefer to have a button where the customer can fully confirm if the deflection was performed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Moveworks for first contact tickets, ticket interception, and deflection, saving agents time by not having to handle initial contacts and expediting information to customers.
Smart AI Assistant That Actually Deflects Tickets
What do you like best about the product?
Moveworks is genuinely impressive at resolving employee requests without any human involvement. It plugs into our existing tools and handles common IT and HR questions conversationally, right in Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to tune and get right for your specific environment. Development isn’t the most intuitive and it’s low-code approach contrasts to servicenow’s
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our helpdesk was getting buried in repetitive, low-complexity requests. Moveworks handles a solid chunk of those automatically, which means the team can focus on issues that actually need a human.
Conversational AI That Gets Tasks Done in the Chat
What do you like best about the product?
Conversational AI, and actually completing tasks for the user within the conversation. Now requiring user to go to separate screen/system to get it done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems like it could make it difficult to send notifications directly to employees through the platform. It should come with out of the box ability to provide daily updates to admins on improvements that need to be made with knowledge, etc to improve the tool/experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Truly conversational tool, that will get people the answers to their questions without requiring them to read through articles/requests. bringing a consumer experience to our internal employees to create some excitement and a draw to keep coming back.
Efficient, User-Friendly Integration with ServiceNow
What do you like best about the product?
I use Moveworks for user interface tasks like ticket creation, knowledge base queries, and ticket updates. I find that it enhances efficiency with ticket engagement and addresses a lack of efficiency. I really like the ease of use and seamless integration with ITSM and ServiceNow. Since implementing a service bot with Moveworks, interacting with ServiceNow CMDB has become very efficient.
