What do you like best about the product?
I really like Moveworks for its time to market and the ability to deliver a better employee experience with ease. Its simplicity, knowledge, and the answers it provides are features I value highly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Moveworks had more connectors and an easy connector interface to allow other platforms an easy way in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I plan to use Moveworks as the front door into our business to handle manual escalations and deliver a better employee experience easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Moveworks to resolve helpdesk tickets and process user approvals efficiently. I really like the number of plugins it has right out of the box, which makes it easy to connect to other platforms and improve the user experience. The initial setup was very easy as well.

Improving their governance controls for Agentic AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Moveworks to resolve helpdesk tickets and approvals. It solves problems like user approvals, accessing knowledge documents, and incidents. The out-of-the-box plugins help us connect to other platforms, enhancing user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Moveworks for its agility and the readymade plug-and-play integration. It makes it easy to apply governance around the model, which I find particularly valuable. The setup process, which takes 12 weeks, was good.

in initial depolyment- needs time to analysis completely

What do you like best about the product?
It promises to be as good as ChatGPT or Claude for generative AI, and to act as an agent that can fulfill employee requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything feels stuck at the ground level. It seems to need heavy backend support and a lot of lifting just to get things working, even for small tasks like placing requests.
