Super useful for shared labels!
What do you like best about the product?
Shared labels access, making it really easy to keep on top of multiple conversations across different teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight delays in emails popping up in inboxes (to be expected admittedly!)

Allows our team to share labels seamlessly across various individuals and multiple labels

The convenience of being able to assign emails.

Sometimes can be glitchy, but usually is working normally.

Solving the issue of unresponded emails and disorganized inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I get to assign emails on round robin without me having to manually look at them! It's easy for me to track emails, make sure we respond, and get insight into what emails are coming in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitation on assigning emails, but still much better than other platforms!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How we assign emails that come in that don't have a CSM, as well as when our CSMs are our of office!

Different team members with different responsibilities can assign and divvy up tasks as needed all from 1 central place where requests come in.

Hiver is super easy to use, helps streamlines processes, know who needs to take care of what and the current status. Customer support is amazing also. Plus the ease of integration. Amazing platform I would recommend to anyone.

I don't dislike anything about Hiver! It's an amazing feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and amazing customer support. Even with the free version, it works perfectly to manage

It does take a little bit time to load when opening your inbox, but nothing significant

It allows my entire team to efficiently manage a single email inbox with hundreds of emails daily

I like that Hiver keeps people accountable for the emails that they have to answer by assigning the email to a certain person.

Sometimes it mixes up too many emails and I can't separate the ones directly addressed to me.
