What do you like best about the product?
Email Control.
Having work status instantly
Being able to allocate emails through out the Team
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding a NOTE in "All Activity" it would be great when you click on 'Add a Note' it auto populated the date for assist in time tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never loosing a email - alway being able to search for an old email
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend Hiver to track and distribution of work through our Team. Very efficient and well organised.

What do you like best about the product?
You dont need to access to another app, you can access to hiver in Gmail, it makes it very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing! I think everything works as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can improve the company service, by helping each other out in a faster way. You dont need to switch to another helpdesk. You can always see if a request has been solved or not.

The Best Google Integration, bar none!

What do you like best about the product?
The expansion of capability within gmail, and the transparency created between users with respect to email communication between our clients and my team.

With HIVER inbound emails to specific email addresses create "Tickets" right inside of Gmail that allow anyone assigned to that inbox to take ownership, respond, and chat with team members about the email if additional support is needed to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now with respect to what I like best about the software, I wish there was a way to open a ticket within a HIVER inbox directly - HIVER use cases when it comes to client support, are currently limited to inbound email management.

I also wish there were ways to create additional ticket type functionality like other systems that operate independently of the email platform, such as zendesk, or fusedesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIVER allows us to create Shared Labels in gmail and shared inboxes where emails can be assigned, opened, and closed just like some of the big box ticketing systems.

I love being able to apply a tag, which immediately enables the use of what I refer to as the HIVER Side Bar where we can tag a team member and discuss the email in a messenger type thread rather than through back and forth emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone that relies on Gmail for B2B, B2C, and internal communications, HIVER is a must have.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is great for receiving, assigning, and tracking emails to our team. It allows for easier communication among our team and clients. They also have great customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Hiver didn't work well with other email extensions. However, their team has made the integration much much better. Thank you!

As a fast-growing team, we needed a way to keep email organized. Hiver offered us an effective solution!

What do you like best about the product?
Assigning emails to someone on the team is by far the best feature we have. We use this in our order entry process. This allows us to assign to the POC for each step in the process.

Another great feature of having a shared inbox is that if someone in the office is out then the email isn't lost in that person's inbox. Everyone with access to Hiver has access to that message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching through closed emails can sometimes become a pain. There are a few different views you have to look through, but it is still better than relying on someone else's email organization, or lack thereof.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues between 4 employees and our customers. This prevents emails from not being read or from being sent twice. Makes us look more professional. We can also see what someone else has already said to the customer. The notes feature is nice so that you don't have to send "internal emails." You just put a note on the message in Hiver and everything is cleaner.

We are starting to use analytics more often as well. It is definitely geared more towards the help desk feature, but we are using it to see how we are doing in getting back to customers and closing out tasks.

A real difference in admin heavy teams

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to keep track of what has been actioned and what i still pending. Using tags also allows us to search for emails more accurately and document what topics pop up most regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics tool is not always very accurate. We'd like to understand what our response time is but often this is very skewed for some reason and isn't realistic. I think this is still a work in progress for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is small enough and the volume of admin tasks is manageable, so using a Jira ticketing system would have been far to restrictive. I appreciate the flexibility Hiver gives while still helping us organise tasks. The 3-4 of us manage the same mailbox where queries come into from the rest of the organisation, so it was hard for us to keep track of what has and hasn't been actioned, and by whom in the team. Hiver lies on top of this mailbox and allows us to assign queries to each other and mark the status of the emails which was a game changer for us. In addition, Hiver's analytics tool helps us understand what most of the queries are about and thus where to focus our energies when coming up with self-service options.

Great Tool For Teams Handling Shared Emails

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes assigning emails to various members of your team really easy, as well as writing notes regarding the conversation right in the sidebar. No more confusion regarding who should be responding to an email, and if you need input from your team they can respond right at the source of the question! Hiver is an essential tool for teams handling large shared inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the page needs to be refreshed to show an assignment you have made. For a long time, it was not possible to edit a note to your team without deleting it altogether, but this has now been fixed, Hiver is constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now all our necessary team members can give input right at the source if a customer has a particularly tricky support question without taking up any more time than necessary. This is a huge time saver, which matched with the ability to assign emails to a particular team member makes it easy to answer emails with all the information necessary as quickly as possible.
