Great tool that drives efficiency while utilizing team email
What do you like best about the product?
Our function utilizes hiver to allow full visibility into the emails we receive at team email level, and assign the emails accordingly. It helps us quite a lot as the visibility portion is really helpful and makes "lost track in email chain" a lot harder than traditional team email setting
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no option to remove email chain forever, and the automation feature has room for improvement.
Currently I can set automation to block email, but it only blocks the initial email. If there are replies to the email being blocked, the replies will still show in our inbox that creates some noises.
Automation feature only does "and". Would be great if we have a "or" feature that allows further customization.

What do you like best about the product?
I am completely satisfied with Hiver. It is providing efficient services. One of the best things I like about Hiver is, I can easily access to ones inbox that has been associated with my personal Gmail. In this way I am capable of looking into important emails and also I can share the workload of the team. This email collaboration has helped me in directing the team now I can easily send the important notifications and view the analytics regarding their performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to face problem of not having proper access like, I face issues in having live discussions or chat via this tool. Moreover its pricing policy is not well structured for all organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am at ease to assign the emails to my team so that they can better communicate with them, this saves my time and I can handle numerous customers simultaneously. Hiver has allowed me to automate my everyday processes, thus I have got rid of the repetitive tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its interface is somehow complex in understanding and you have to search and find the right tool so it will need some extra effort. But quality wise appreciate its speedy work and I think it will mostly beneficial for many kind of businesses.

I like the ease of use and how it easily integrated with what we were already doing but helped improve our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to the visibility is when I want to do an email search it is no longer limited to my own emails. Now there can also be benefits to that level of visibility (obviously), but the downside is when you are hoping to find something quickly, you know how that many more emails to sort through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to know who worked on an email and how it was ultimately resolved.

I love the fact that I can use the @ tool to write a not to someone internally without writing a formal email.

I really have no complaints with Hiver. It has made my day to day much smoother.

Hiver has made it easier to interact internally with colleagues about customer emails. No forwarding, just a ping
Making Shared Inboxes More Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign certain emails to other inboxes and writing notes takes it to the next level. Everything about Hiver makes sharing an inbox so much easier!
Our Inside Sales department can now respond to customer requests faster and more efficiently. Since it is shared there is complete transparency with the whole team!
We also use email templates often. We are able to come up with great emails and share them with everybody!

What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I find is that now when I search my emails I get everybody else's emails too. This makes searching a little bit more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to get to customer requests faster since everything gets automatically assigned! Nothing can get missed as long as it stays open!
Great shared inbox tool - it has brought our IS/CS teams to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Increased transparency, collaboration, and accountability. Helpful CSAT and Analytics features. Works right with GMAIL
What do you dislike about the product?
HIVER sits on top of our shared inbox accounts which means if we ever moved away from the system it would be a very tough transition to a different platform, that being said, we have zero interest in seeking an alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from a geographic/territory-based customer service team to one that operates out of a single shared inbox = improved responsiveness, standardization, and transparency across the board. Couldn't have been done without HIVER
Works very well for our theater!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has been beneficial and a great asset to our all-volunteer 180-seat theater in the round in Annapolis, MD! Specifically, we use it for the box office team. We rotate days throughout any given week on who is monitoring emails. So, if I am not finished with a guest's request, I can tag the person for the next day and reassign to them with a note. Also, when an email comes in for comp tickets for reviewers, I can easily assign them to the volunteer that handles those requests! Also, we have used tags regarding COVID-related refunds, credits, subscribers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything at the momemnt! Oh, one thing - using the App on my iPhone 14 - when you hit reply to a box office email (our shared box) it always defaults to my personal theater email and not the shared inbox. Changing it with the drop down menu doesn’t help. Otherwise - it works from Chrome perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our non-profit theatre email/box office team, this helps to direct emails to who they need to get to! The tagging and notes features are helpful when letting others know what has been or needs to be done with an email.

Make sure you have someone who's really knowledgable to run the Admin part of the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for everyone to see what each other is working on so that we aren't redundant and to send alerts to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like when some of the things end up in my regular gmail box. Other than that it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problem solved was being able to not work over each other now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would opt for the higher Hiver option because it gives you a lot more actually useful things to use for your company.
Hiver is User Friendly and their Customer Support is great
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small organization, but we get a lot of email and Hiver has made it easy to track without creating case numbers. Its analytics is easy to use and exactly what we needed. It is very user friendly and their customer support response is very quick and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes so far, my team did take a while to get used to it.

Our biggest issue was tracking emails and getting simple analytics. We solved both our issues with Hiver.

Make sure that your whole team is present to take the training, it makes it easier.
