I have never been more organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized and it works well. I rarely have glitches and the process is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to find pending emails. I think I lose those often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decluttering a huge inbox. I receive thousands of emails a day and without Hiver, I would have to sort them by hand to determine their importance. I am much more efficient now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try, its much easier than it looks/sounds.

When your inbox is really full it can become bogged down and slow.

Hiver helps my team stay organized. We're solving our goal of redundancy by using the tagging and assigning feature. We can organize the emails by the category and practice at new jobs.

Makes assigning orders very easy. Also makes it easy to keep track of orders and their status.

There is nothing that I dislike about hiver at this time

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sharing emails without forwarding emails to someone else. It has allowed us to share an inbox with 5 users which is amazing. If one of us is out of the office, the others can easily pick up the slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes crashes which means we can't easily find or send emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of assigning emails to various users within the shared inbox. Previously we were using colored stars to assign but now we can truly assign it to someone with ease.

If you're looking to streamline a shared inbox, look no further!
Simple, powerful tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
1. I love the fact that we don't need a separate helpdesk solution. Hiver is built right into Gmail.
2. Constant updates - they never stop making this product better! Whoever is in charge of UI at Hiver is brilliant.
3. The side bar on every email where our team can chat and collaborate *outside* the email thread itself. Once we are on the same page, a team member replies to the client.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, pretty much nothing. I wish we could "like" sidebar comments from team members or insert emojis. It would make our team interaction more fun and personable. That's all I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are collaborating as a team to take care of our clients and quickly close tickets as they come in. We used to have a separate helpdesk software, but by switching to Hiver, we have gained greater efficiency. We love Hiver!
Exactly what we were looking for.
What do you like best about the product?
Really useful software, fitted our company much better than others we tried (Groove HQ, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Works as a plugin for Gmail so very easy to use & less problematic than forwarding via other apps we tried (less emails going to spam etc).
Analytics are super useful too. Support available on chat 24/7 & very helpful.

Phone app could be improved a little, but that's nit picking.

Very easy to organise a shared inbox with multiple users. Less emails get missed & less cluttered.
Having analytics, for example emails sent, & new conversations can be very useful for tracking email conversions.

Convert your Gmail into your meeting room
What do you like best about the product?
I have synchronized my Gmail with this tool. Which is equipped with almost all the essential features that are helping me not only to manage my day by day tasks, which are reacted with finance, with project handling, with product selling and much more, but it has also collaborated my various departments and provided me, such a platform where I easily discuss over work flow and my finance related tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited in terms of integration which restricts us to send the data and important files for the better guiding our customers. Further only we can have the insight of the inbox associated with the team, it lacks in many other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are capable of adding to our business values. This is very easy to configure and user-friendly application. Further I am capable of managing the customer relation by closely communicating with my team and by having an insight view about the important matters. I am thankful to its team for proving an amazing solution to my problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is suitable for business to customer service and it will help that organization who mostly deals in the selling of the products. However I have found it limited in term of clients and customer relation management.
Great shared inbox solution for GSuite!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver really makes it easy and efficient to manage a shared inbox. Follow up and transparency is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike. They continue to add and improve their solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made us much more efficient and has allowed us to better serve our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
This add will make teamwork 100% easier and more efficient. I can start by saying that the fact that it will sort every upcoming email to the person in charge is amazing, not only because it will help to have a more organized shared box, but it will also let us supervise the email flow from our colleagues and give them a hand whenever they need or are out for vacation. On the other hand, having the option to leave comments on the memo field, will also help us to remind important information or simply inform our colleagues about something. Last but not least, Hiver gives us the opportunity to work with shared mailboxes and prioritize whatever is important for the team and allows us to "Close" every task that no longer needs our attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have a more detailed analytics so we can monitor the KPI and time response from the team integrated with Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No email remain unanswered or forgotten. All the my emails are sorted and prioritized by using this amazing tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You may become very dependent to Hiver once you try it with your team. Once you get use to it, it is hard to manage your emails properly whenever you are logged in on your Iphone or a different device that is not using your Hiver account.

Being able to collaborate with the team seamlessly, organise and assign emails to each team member using the side bar chart.

So far am finding more benefits than any dislikes.
