Organize!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for us to manage all incoming emails and assign them across our team with the notes, sharing email drafts, marking tickets closed or pending, and with tags based on the different topics or urgency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of! They've addressed the little bugs we've seen over time as it improves with each release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizing/managing the workflow for incoming emails to keep a clean inbox.

Changing the Way We Email

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Hiver in our organization for around 3 years. We love being able to have side conversations and being able to collaborate on a response before sending it to a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I don't like! I do know that if there is an issue and our system is down (which is SUPER rare), we notice immediately, as it's such an integral part of our communication system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to scale our company at a sustainable rate by having shared inboxes and the ability to assign off emails to the appropriate human to answer.

Amazing Gmail solution

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is so easy to use! It's great to have the ability to have multiple 'group' email addresses and they all come into separate folders so you can time block your day. I love the function of writing notes and then putting it back into another person's name, and the ability to draft response emails- it has made training staff so much easier! I'm looking forward to sinking my teeth into the SLA & business hours function.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one of those pro/con things- it's great that things pop up in my inbox when they're assigned to me and at the same time, there are moment when I wish they wouldn't. In saying that, there is likely a setting I've missed that will fix that!

Overall, very happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple 'group' inboxes that we use to manage incoming enquiries for various divisions- like a ticketing system (i.e. one for recruitment of X type of staff member, another for a different staff member, one for HR, one for Accounts, one for General Inquiries to the business- you get the picture). Trying to manage these out of Google was a nightmare. They don't do collaborative inboxes well. Hiver has allowed us to manage this perfectly, and has the added bonus of adding in SLA's and the ability to train new staff even whilst offsite (which has been handy during COVID!).

What do you like best about the product?
Easy assigning of emails. The team use it to assign themselves work

Sometimes I get logged out and it it glitches every so often

Assigning work to each of our team to action. Being able to have a shared inbox for everyone to see emails then triage that to our teams is very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
We use specific shared labels on almost every email thread. The email collision detection is also a great asset
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared labels ensure that no relevant team member is left off a thread. It's also a great way to bring a team member into a thread without having to actually send an email!

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is competitively priced, was easy to install, and very user friendly. The email templates are a huge timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be better. You can't see activity by user, only by email box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were missing service requests. With HIver, the email stays open until it is resolved, so nothing falls through the cracks anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Gmail and the ability to use as a project management system that staff is willing to USE.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally disconnects/deauthorizes from Gmail and requires a re-login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not required to run a separate application and leave our Gmail screen in order to stay on message. My team is able to communicate in more ways than Gmail/Gchat -- now GHiver.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing is being able to communicate with my coworkers without having to actually forward the email. Or maybe it is the fact that when someone in our group is on vacation or sick, you know the whole team can help out. But maybe it is being able to see when another team member starts replying to the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints. When I first started using it, it was hard to understand what it was all about. This was new to me and I will say that it took a couple of months to understand what exactly was happening, but once I figured it out, I loved the awesome connection with my colleagues and clarity this brings when multiple people are working on a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are times when I may not get to respond to one of my customer's fast, I can see if someone else has taken care of this. There have also been times when I wasn't sure how to answer a question from a customer, the notes section is awesome for bringing the team or a co-worker up to speed on what's happening within a project. Hiver increases productivity and keeps emails from getting lost when co-workers are out of the office.
