Hiver has turned my inbox into a productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
Shared labels is great for projects. Shared mailbox means you can assign emails to other people, and manage as tasks. Hiver also provides great support if you need help with anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiver doesn’t integrate with Shift which is disappointing. Had to let Shift go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox used to be a place where emails got bogged down in the overwhelming volume. Now the ones that need action are quickly identified and marshalled into an easy system to manage follow ups.

Canned responses are not automatically updated with email content (name etc)

Collaborating on one shared email inbox directly within Gmail
amazing.. great customer service and functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
the fact that I can stay within Gmail, it runs flawlessly and I can track the status of all emails/my team

nothing, I really like the service and it delivers what it promises
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the fact that I didn't have clarity of who was responding to what emails by when. I now have oversight over all emails/written communication from my team
Simple solution, well build in our Gmails.
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver works smoothly within our Gmail inboxes. We didn't have to login or learn a new system and interface. We are three consultants sharing one inbox with questions from our clients. Now it is easy to assign a question to a propriate consultant and track if and when was it answered in a view for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not really understand the Analytics and cannot use it much to do the stats who replied what and in what time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the support team on chat or call works very quickly and is available almost immediately.
Delegation made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to delegate work among the team. It's also very helpful to see the full email thread of messages in hiver, even if your email was not included.
What do you dislike about the product?
When dealing with email storage limits, one must delete emails, however, when emails are deleted, they are removed from the Hiver box, so managing capacity limitations with emails in Hiver has been challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put, Hiver helps us to delegate work to our team in an efficient manner. We can also keep track of everyone's workload to monitor how to direct new work.

All of my colleagues are up to date and are on the same page when Hiver'd in an email.

Sometimes I don't get the notifications.

A fast and easy way to organize and sort an email inbox!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to assign important emails to my coworkers and get rid of other unimportant emails. The ability to have multiple Hiver inboxes and transfer emails between them. Can add notes with an assigned email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes uninstalls my chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A large inbox that receives many emails for lots of different people makes it easy to triage and organize the emails in an efficient manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a larger inflow of emails to one inbox, this is your ideal solution.
Great CRM for those who have never used a CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Hiver was to set up! We had used several CRM's before this and it felt like it was a day of training for my staff who had never used a CRM before. With Hiver it took about 5-10 minutes for even our least technologically advanced staff. The chat support is super fast if we have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it doesnt auto-archive from my personal inbox when I close a ticket. But thats not super hard to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of emails getting lost. Its gmail-- so its incredibly intuitive to use and there is no extra fluff that we don't need. We have a simple way to organize our shared inbox and sometimes thats all you can ask for!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really just so easy. If you're looking into implementing a CRM into your company, this is an excellent start.
Great app for email management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign emails to other users is a key feature for us. We no longer worry about forwarding emails and have visibility into responses without needing to be cc'd
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it's a pretty solid product with great support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we were able to solve is the need to have an expert answer customer emails. With Hiver, we were able to create templates and use those templates to answer the most common questions by anyone. For emails that did require an expert, being able to assign the email to the expert in one click is great
Hiver Will Assist Your Organization Run as a Team!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is able to share email to research anytime a client has an issue. It allows us to help all customers as opposed to those that fall only in our individual portfolios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have a lot to learn about what all it does, but that isn't a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Operations Manager, it allows me to check email responses from new employees to ensure no details are being missed.
